基于LabView的手臂康复检测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:当今社会老龄人群中存在大量的因突发脑卒中等脑血管疾病而导致的运动功能障碍患者。这类人群由于突发脑血管血栓或者脑血管破裂而引起大脑供血受到阻断,引发运动功能障碍疾病。这也是老年人致残的原因之一。我们国家老年人脑血管疾病的发病率同样很高,据不完全统计,在我国由于脑血管疾病导致的偏瘫人数就高达390万至1300万,国家每年为此所投入的医疗费用竟高达上百亿元。脑卒中对患者人体造成极大痛苦,心理承受沉重压力的同时,其家庭将背负巨大的经济负担,社会面临严峻考验。现代医学认为,在对运动功能障碍患者展开康复性训练的同时进行康复检测与评价,对患者的治疗有非常显著的积极影响。原因在于:康复检测能够通过数字、图形、图表等基础数据,直观、精准的显示患者状态,为制定医疗方案提供判断依据。医疗机构可以通过康复检测的广泛应用,及时掌握患者病情发展状况、医疗方案的执行效果等辅助医疗信息,从而实现由了解患者基本情况,到合理安排训练内容,再到客观规划康复时限,最后定义患者去向的过程。由此可见,康复检测对科学指导康复训练,加大康复效果,缩短康复时间具有重大意义。同时,针对患者康复后的动态监测,也有着明显效果。本文设计的手臂康复检测系统采用了新的检测手段,将上肢各关节的运动方式表现于准确的角度值,让医生以及患者在更形象、精准的层次上对康复效果进行了解;测试方式简便,利用了STC12C5A 6OS2单片机A/D转换效率好的特点节约了检测时间。同时,上位机软件将数据转变成直观图像更易于患者的理解,通过患者与医生间的远程数据传输功能,实现异地医患交流。
[Abstract]:In today's society, there are a large number of patients with motor dysfunction caused by cerebrovascular diseases such as sudden stroke. These people are blocked by cerebral blood supply due to sudden cerebrovascular thrombosis or cerebrovascular rupture. It is also one of the causes of disability among the elderly. The incidence of cerebrovascular diseases among the elderly in our country is also very high. According to incomplete statistics, In China, the number of hemiplegia caused by cerebrovascular diseases is as high as 3.9 million to 13 million, and the medical expenses of the country are as high as 10 billion yuan per year. Stroke causes great suffering to the patients' human body and puts heavy pressure on their psychology at the same time. The family will bear a huge financial burden, and society will face a severe test. Modern medicine believes that rehabilitation testing and evaluation should be carried out in conjunction with rehabilitation training for patients with motor dysfunction. It has a very significant positive impact on the treatment of patients. The reason is that rehabilitation tests can display the patient's state visually and accurately through basic data, such as numbers, graphs, charts, etc. To provide a basis of judgment for the formulation of a medical plan. Medical institutions can, through the extensive application of rehabilitation testing, timely grasp the patient's condition of development, the effect of the implementation of the medical plan, and other auxiliary medical information, so as to realize the understanding of the basic situation of the patient. From reasonable arrangement of training content to objective planning of rehabilitation time limit, and finally to the process of defining the patient's destination, it can be seen that rehabilitation testing is of great significance to scientifically guiding rehabilitation training, increasing rehabilitation effect and shortening rehabilitation time. The arm rehabilitation detection system designed in this paper uses new testing methods to show the movements of the joints of the upper extremities at an accurate angle value, so that doctors and patients can be more visible. The effect of rehabilitation is understood on a precise level, the test method is simple, and the testing time is saved by using the characteristics of STC12C5A 6OS2 microcontroller A / D conversion efficiency. At the same time, the upper computer software transforms the data into an intuitive image, which is easier for patients to understand. Through the function of remote data transmission between patients and doctors, the communication between doctors and patients in different places can be realized.
