基于MQTT协议的人体姿态识别系统

【摘要】:近年来,随着信息技术的发展,越来越多的IT技术和方案进入医疗健康领域,促进了智慧医疗的发展。作为智慧医疗的一个分支,人体姿态识别系统逐渐受到研究者的重视,发展前景日益广阔。尽管人体姿态识别系统发展迅速,但是其仍然存在一些不足。一方面,以往的姿态识别系统重在对姿态识别算法的研究,对系统可靠性、实用性、扩展性重视不足。另一方面,信息采集终端处理能力和通信环境也制约了姿态识别系统的发展和应用。MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport,MQTT)协议是一种简单、轻量的数据传输协议,该协议能在确保可靠性和一定程度的保证交付的基础上尽量减少对网络带宽和设备资源的需求,非常适用于受限的移动设备和嵌入式设备,已经被广泛应用于物联网产品中。基于此,本文设计实现了基于MQTT协议的人体姿态识别系统。首先,分析了系统的功能需求,设计了系统的总体结构,随后根据本系统的要求和特点,设计了数据交互方案,然后分别实现了数据信息采集终端和服务器,最后对系统功能进行了详细的测试。本文的主要工作如下:(1)在分析传统姿态识别系统两层结构模型不足的基础上,提出了"数据据信息采集终端——服务器——客户端"的三层结构模型,明确了数据信息采集终端采集数据获取姿态信息、服务器接收并转发姿态信息和多个客户端接收并显示姿态信息的任务分配,解耦了数据信息采集终端和客户端,提高了系统的实用性、可扩展性。(2)通过观察分析老年人姿态特点,实现了一种简洁灵活的老年人姿态识别算法,既保证对老人姿态的准确识别,同时又兼顾算法复杂度、设备耗电量等问题,减少了对设备资源的需求和依赖。(3)为保证数据的实时、可靠传输,在分析多种数据传输方案优缺点的基础上,提出了数据链路层采用 GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、应用层采用MQTT协议的数据交互方案,并进行了详尽的数据交互方案设计,包括MQTT协议消息主题设计和通信流程设计等。另外,还引入了数据加密协议,保证了数据交互过程中的安全。(4)结合姿态识别算法、数据传输方案的要求,并综合考虑系统各方面的需求和系统设计原则,以系统总体设计方案中对各功能模块的划分为基础,对数据信息采集终端和服务器各功能模块进行了详细的设计与开发,得到了最终的远程姿态识别系统。通过一系列黑盒测试,对系统各部分功能进行了细致的测试,确定其满足了本文提出的要求,实现了系统设计的功能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of information technology, IT technology and solutions more and more into the field of health care, and promote the development of medical wisdom. As a branch of medical wisdom, the human body posture recognition system more and more researchers increasingly broad prospects for development. As the human gesture recognition system is developing rapidly, but it still there are some shortcomings. On the one hand, focusing on the posture recognition system of previous studies on gesture recognition algorithm, the system reliability, practicability, scalability lack of attention. On the other hand, the information acquisition terminal processing ability and communication environment also restricts the development and application of.MQTT attitude recognition system (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport MQTT) protocol is a simple, lightweight data transfer protocol, this protocol can ensure the reliability and the degree of guarantee delivery based on minimizing the bandwidth and The equipment resource demand, very suitable for constrained mobile devices and embedded devices, has been widely used in networking products. Based on this, this paper presents the design and implementation of human posture recognition system based on MQTT protocol. First, analyzed the functional requirements of the system, design the overall structure of the system, then according to the system the characteristics and requirements, designed a data exchange scheme, and then realizes the data acquisition terminal and server, and then the system function with the test. The main work of this paper are as follows: (1) based on analyzing the shortcomings of traditional gesture recognition system two layer structure model, proposed the data according to the three layer structure model of information acquisition terminal server - client ", the data acquisition terminal data acquisition server receives and forwards attitude information, attitude information and multiple clients connected Collect and display tasks pose information, decoupling data information acquisition terminal and client, improve the practicality of the system, scalability. (2) through the observation and analysis of the attitude characteristics of the elderly, to achieve a simple and flexible elderly gesture recognition algorithm can ensure accurate identification of the old attitude, at the same time taking into account the complexity of the algorithm, the power consumption of equipment, reduce the equipment resource demand and dependence. (3) to ensure the data real-time, reliable transmission, based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various data transmission scheme, the data link layer using GPRS (General Packet Radio Service, GPRS), data exchange program the MQTT protocol is used in the application layer, and designed a data exchange scheme in detail, including the MQTT protocol message topic design and communication process design. In addition, also introduces the data encryption protocol, ensure data interaction In the process of safety. (4) combined with gesture recognition algorithm, data transmission scheme, and considering the design requirements and the system principle of the system, the overall design of the system in the division of each function module is based on data acquisition terminal and server of each function module is designed and developed in detail the remote, posture recognition system. Finally through a series of black box testing, functional parts of the system carried out a detailed test, determined to meet the requirements, realize the function of system design.
