物流运输动态监控系统研究与实现

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,电子商务的普及和兴起,物流产业处于一个空前繁盛的时期。我国传统物流运输企业仍然采用考勤制度监控物流运输以及我国公路物流近年来损耗惨重的现状,引发的环境污染、交通事故频发、运营效率低下等问题,严重影响了我国经济和社会的发展。动态监控物流运输可以降低配送成本,实现共享物流信息、提高配送效率,从而最大化地帮助物流运输企业实现更多的营业收入,提升经济收益。为了最大限度地利用现有资源,改善城市环境,实现可持续发展,加强对物流运输动态监控系统的研究与建设有着一定的必要性。论文基于GPS定位技术、嵌入式技术、GIS技术、无线通信技术以及计算机处理技术等相关技术,建立了一种实时、可靠、高效的综合物流运输动态监控系统,通过全程实时跟踪运输车辆,实现了车辆的动态监控,保障了车辆的运输安全,提高了物流运输效率。论文设计的物流运输动态监控系统分为车载终端和监控中心2大功能模块。车载终端由中心控制单元、GPS定位模块、无线数据传输模块、按键模块、显示模块、电源模块等组成。监控中心由Web监控系统和手机终端组成,其中,Web监控系统由Web系统服务器、数据库和Web网页组成,Web系统服务器包括应用服务器和Web网页服务器。中心控制单元是车载终端的控制中枢,通过GPS定位模块接收的卫星信号解算出车辆位置数据,在显示模块上打印出来,并根据监控中心两平台数据传输要求进行数据打包处理,将解算的数据通过无线数据传输模块发送到Web系统服务器,利用按键指令控制无线数据传输模块发送到手机终端。Web监控系统应用服务器接收来自车载终端的位置数据,在Web网页服务器的支持下,通过基于WebGIS的谷歌电子地图匹配技术,在Web网页以可视化的方式动态显示运输车辆位置,从而实现物流运输的定位追踪。Web监控系统每隔2分钟把经过应用服务器处理的位置数据存储到数据库中,以实现在Web网页回放车辆历史轨迹的功能。通过对系统进行测试,分析实验结果,发现系统车载终端和监控中心2大功能模块工作正常,物流运输动态监控功能得以实现,满足论文的设计要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the popularity and rise of electronic commerce, logistics industry is in an unprecedented prosperous period.The traditional logistics and transportation enterprises of our country still use the attendance system to monitor the logistics transportation and the current situation of heavy loss of our country's highway logistics in recent years, resulting in environmental pollution, frequent traffic accidents, low operational efficiency and so on.Seriously affected our economic and social development.Dynamic monitoring of logistics transportation can reduce the cost of distribution, share logistics information, improve the efficiency of distribution, so as to maximize the help of logistics transport enterprises to achieve more business income and enhance economic benefits.In order to make the best use of the existing resources, improve the urban environment and realize the sustainable development, it is necessary to strengthen the research and construction of the logistics and transportation dynamic monitoring system.Based on GPS technology, embedded technology, wireless communication technology and computer processing technology, a real-time, reliable and efficient dynamic monitoring system of integrated logistics transportation is established.Through the real-time tracking of transport vehicles, the dynamic monitoring of vehicles is realized, the transportation safety of vehicles is guaranteed, and the efficiency of logistics transportation is improved.The dynamic monitoring system of logistics and transportation is divided into two function modules: vehicle terminal and monitoring center.Vehicle terminal consists of central control unit GPS positioning module, wireless data transmission module, key module, display module, power module and so on.The monitoring center consists of a Web monitoring system and a mobile terminal. The web monitoring system consists of a Web server, a database and a Web web page. The web server consists of an application server and a Web web server.The central control unit is the control center of the vehicle terminal. The satellite signal received by the GPS positioning module resolves and calculates the vehicle position data, prints it out on the display module, and processes the data package according to the data transmission requirements of the two platforms of the monitoring center.The calculated data is sent to the Web system server through the wireless data transmission module, and the wireless data transmission module is controlled by the keystroke instruction to send to the mobile phone terminal. The web monitoring system application server receives the position data from the vehicle terminal.With the support of Web web server, through the technology of Google electronic map matching based on WebGIS, the position of transport vehicle can be visualized on Web web page.In order to realize the location tracking of logistics transportation. The web monitoring system stores the position data processed by the application server into the database every 2 minutes to realize the function of replaying the historical track of the vehicle on the Web web page.By testing the system and analyzing the experimental results, it is found that the two functional modules of the system are working normally, and the dynamic monitoring function of logistics transportation can be realized, which meets the design requirements of the paper.
