多电机速度同步控制系统控制策略研究

【摘要】:随着科技不断进步,仅仅对一台电机的控制远远不能满足现代工业发展的要求,而是要求控制多台电机,一起同步运行。研究多电机同步控制系统对理论研究和实际生产具有重要的意义。本文以3台永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)速度同步控制系统为研究对象,提出了一种改进型偏差耦合速度补偿结构与非线性积分型滑模控制策略相结合的同步控制策略,主要包括以下几个方面:首先介绍PMSM的结构特点以及矢量控制方法,对PMSM进行数学建模,给出基于矢量控制的PMSM的调速系统;通过分析几种常见的多电机同步控制结构,分析各自特点。然后提出了改进型偏差耦合补偿器,最后在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台下进行了仿真对比分析,验证改进型偏差耦合同步控制结构的正确性;针对永磁同步电机调速系统设计出一种基于扩展负载转矩观测器的非线性积分型滑模控制策略。在滑模面加入非线性积分,改善PMSM的静态与动态性能;通过扩展负载观测器实时估计负载扰动值以补偿q轴给定参考电流,提高其抗负载扰动的性能。最后对多电机同步控制系统进行了建模与仿真分析,并利用自动代码生成技术对控制器核心算法进行了嵌入式C代码自动生成。仿真结果表明采用改进型偏差耦合速度补偿结构与非线性积分型滑模控制策略相结合的同步控制系统具有更好的动静态性能,各个电机之间速度同步误差明显减小,能够在较短时间达到速度同步。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the control of a single motor is far from meeting the requirements of modern industrial development.The study of multi-motor synchronous control system is of great significance for theoretical research and practical production.In this paper, three permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed control systems are studied. An improved offset coupled speed compensation structure and a nonlinear integrated sliding mode control strategy are proposed.The main contents are as follows: firstly, the structure characteristics and vector control method of PMSM are introduced, the mathematical model of PMSM is built, the speed regulating system based on PMSM is given, and several common synchronous control structures of multi-motor are analyzed.Analysis of their respective characteristics.Then, an improved offset coupling compensator is proposed. Finally, the correctness of the improved offset coupling synchronous control structure is verified by comparing and analyzing the simulation results under the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform.A nonlinear integrated sliding mode control strategy based on extended load torque observer is designed for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed control system.The nonlinear integral is added to the sliding mode surface to improve the static and dynamic performance of the PMSM, and the load disturbance value is estimated in real time by the extended load observer to compensate for the given reference current of the Q axis, and the anti-load disturbance performance is improved.Finally, the modeling and simulation of the multi-motor synchronous control system are carried out, and the embedded C code is generated automatically by using the automatic code generation technology to the core algorithm of the controller.The simulation results show that the synchronous control system with improved offset coupling speed compensation structure and nonlinear integral sliding mode control strategy has better dynamic and static performance, and the speed synchronization error among the motors is obviously reduced.Speed synchronization can be achieved in a short time.
