基于粗糙集理论及灰色关联分析模型的我国民航发展水平综合评价

【摘要】：从我国民航发展对小康社会全面建设的贡献目标出发,构建多层次的民航发展指数综合评价指标体系,并对评价指标进行分析.依据基于信息熵观点下的粗糙集理论对各个指标进行约简并计算出较为客观的指标权重,使其更好地反映各指标对民航发展水平的影响程度,然后基于多级灰色关联分析计算2001年至2015年的我国民航发展综合指数,从得到的结果发现,我国民航发展总体呈现波动上升的趋势,从较低水平逐步转向较高水平,并正在向高发展水平逼近,但我国民航各方面的发展水平并不协调,存在一定的差异.
[Abstract]:Based on the contribution of civil aviation development to the overall construction of a well-off society, a multi-level comprehensive evaluation index system of civil aviation development index is constructed, and the evaluation index is analyzed.According to rough set theory based on information entropy theory, the weight of each index is reduced and calculated, which can better reflect the influence of each index on the development level of civil aviation.Then, based on the multi-level grey relational analysis, the comprehensive index of China's civil aviation development from 2001 to 2015 is calculated. From the results obtained, it is found that the overall development of China's civil aviation shows an upward trend of fluctuation, gradually changing from a lower level to a higher level.And it is approaching to the high level of development, but the development level of civil aviation in China is not coordinated, there are some differences.
