基于TwinCAT3的木屋构件加工中心控制系统设计

【摘要】:当下,木结构房屋成为一种时尚住宅,相应的木屋构件加工设备也得到了长足的发展。顺应木工机械发展的趋势,木屋构件加工设备正朝着数控化、集成化的方向发展,因此,设计一套完整的木屋构件加工设备控制系统势在必行。文章首先介绍了一款新型的木屋构件加工中心,并根据用户生产需求设计了该木屋构件加工中心的智能控制系统,实现了送料、钻孔、铣槽、锯切、喷码等多种功能。为了提高该木屋构件加工中心的加工精度,通过对木屋构件加工中心机械系统、控制系统需求进行分析,确立了控制系统的总体设计方案,对硬件和软件部分进行了设计。硬件方面,搭建了工业PC机C6930+TwinCAT3软件的主控制器,通过Ether CAT现场总线与伺服驱动器驱动伺服电机、EK系列耦合器挂接EL1808和EL2808的I/O输入输出建立通讯,以及通过TCP/IP协议与喷码机建立串行通讯。软件方面,以TwinCAT3软件为开发平台,采用TwinCAT PLC的函数库和PLC编程语言进行模块化设计,开发了木屋构件加工中心软件控制系统,其中系统模块实现对系统状态功能的控制和监测,CAM模块将客户提供的构件设计文件转换成系统可识别的加工数据,优化排料模块计算木方原料优化排料方案,喷码模块控制喷码机信息传递。此智能控制系统提高了设备加工效率,实现了木屋构件生产自动化。最后对系统的硬件系统和软件系统实际安装与链接,并进行反复调试,基本实现了木屋构件加工中心的实时监测和控制,加工精度达到0.5mm。
[Abstract]:At present, the wooden structure house becomes a kind of fashionable residence, the corresponding wooden house component processing equipment has also obtained the considerable development. According to the development trend of woodworking machinery, wood-house component processing equipment is developing towards the direction of numerical control and integration. Therefore, it is imperative to design a complete control system of woodworking component processing equipment. In this paper, a new type of wood-house component machining center is introduced, and the intelligent control system of the wood-house component machining center is designed according to the production requirements of the user. The intelligent control system realizes the functions of feeding, drilling, milling slot, sawing, jetting code and so on. In order to improve the machining accuracy of the wood-house component machining center, through the analysis of the mechanical system and the control system requirement of the wood-house component machining center, the overall design scheme of the control system is established, and the hardware and software parts are designed. In terms of hardware, the main controller of industrial PC C6930 TwinCAT3 software is built. The communication is established by Ether CAT fieldbus and servo drive servo motor EK series coupler connected with EL1808 and EL2808 I / O input and output. And through the TCP/IP protocol and the inkjet machine to establish serial communication. In software aspect, the software control system of wood-house component machining center is developed based on TwinCAT3 software, function library of TwinCAT PLC and PLC programming language. The system module realizes the control of the system state function and the monitoring CAM module converts the component design file provided by the customer into the processing data which can be identified by the system, and optimizes the layout module to calculate the wood square raw material and optimize the layout scheme. The inkjet code module controls the information transmission of the printer. This intelligent control system improves the processing efficiency of the equipment and realizes the automation of the production of wooden house components. Finally, the hardware system and software system of the system are actually installed and linked, and repeated debugging is carried out. The real-time monitoring and control of the wood-house component machining center are basically realized, and the machining accuracy is up to 0.5 mm.
