基于STM32F103VCT6的微型PLC的研发与设计

【摘要】:在工业自动化日益普及的今天,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)在各个应用领域被更多更频繁地使用,其扮演的角色也越发重要。当今PLC正逐渐朝着体积小型化、功能集成度高、结构模块化的趋势发展而演变,并且新一代的PLC性能将更高、成本更低。本论文在研究分析目前市场上现有PLC的功能结构以及工作原理的基础上,结合现代工业现场需要,提出了一个基于STM32F103VCT6 MCU Cortex-M3处理器为核心的微型PLC设计开发方案。本文首先对PLC的基本概念、工作原理,以及标准编程语言等进行了介绍。在此基础上,从硬件电路搭建、产品可靠性设计等几方面,阐述了本文设计的微型PLC的主要原理思路和具体实现。本文工作实现了电路板的设计制作及安装,并完成了系统的硬件及软件调试,检证了该PLC的可靠性与合理性。基于STM32F103VCT6的微型PLC的研发提升了新一代PLC研发的开放性与灵活性,同时也顺应了当代PLC发展向着高性能,低成本的趋势,有着较高的实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of industrial automation, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) has been used more and more frequently in various application fields, and its role has become more and more important. Nowadays, PLC is developing towards the trend of miniaturization of volume, high integration of function and modularization of structure, and the new generation of PLC will have higher performance and lower cost. On the basis of studying and analyzing the functional structure and working principle of the existing PLC in the market, this paper presents a design and development scheme of micro PLC based on STM32F103VCT6 MCU Cortex-M3 processor. This paper first introduces the basic concept, working principle and standard programming language of PLC. On this basis, from the hardware circuit construction, product reliability design and other aspects, this paper describes the design of the main principle and implementation of the mini PLC. In this paper, the circuit board is designed and installed, the hardware and software of the system are debugged, and the reliability and rationality of the PLC are verified. The research and development of micro PLC based on STM32F103VCT6 enhances the openness and flexibility of the new generation of PLC R & D. At the same time, it conforms to the trend of the development of contemporary PLC towards high performance and low cost, and has higher practical value.
