基于LabVIEW的弹载计算机测试系统设计

【摘要】:弹载计算机作为导弹飞行控制系统的核心,其性能的好坏直接影响到导弹的精确打击能力,因此需搭建一种扩展性强、开发周期短、可靠性好的测试平台对其进行全面检测。为了测试某型号弹载计算机工作的正确性及提高其研制效率,本文设计了一套基于LabVIEW的弹载计算机自动测试系统。本系统不仅能准确地完成对弹载计算机的全功能、记录仪、激励源三种工作模式的测试,而且利用LabVIEW丰富的信号处理模块稳定且高效地完成系统初始化、参数配置、信号监控、数据采集与处理、数据保存等多项功能。首先介绍了虚拟仪器的发展现状,根据系统需求分析,本文提出了系统的总体设计方案,并对设计中所用到的关键技术进行了介绍,包括多线程和数据库。其次,对系统设计所用的硬件板卡及相关功能进行了介绍,并对自研板卡关键电路的设计思路及实现原理进行了详细介绍。再次,详细介绍了系统软件各个模块的功能、设计思路及注意事项,尤其是对数据库的应用、硬件触发、动态调用、自定义控件等实现方法进行详细的论述。最后,从硬件和软件两方面对系统进行了功能验证,在硬件方面主要对模拟热电池输出、A/D通道测试、模拟信号采集与输出、数字信号通信等模块进行了测试。在软件方面,对系统的三种工作模式进行严格的测试,尤其是全功能模式的测试进行了详细的介绍。测试结果表明,本系统具有工作稳定、操作便捷、扩展性强等特点,目前已应用到实际生产中,极大地提高了弹载计算机的研制效率。
[Abstract]:As the core of missile flight control system, the performance of missile-borne computer has a direct impact on the missile's precision strike ability. Therefore, it is necessary to build a testing platform with strong expansibility, short development period and good reliability. In order to test the correctness of a certain type of projectile computer and improve its development efficiency, this paper designs an automatic test system of projectile computer based on LabVIEW. The system can not only test the full function, recorder and excitation source of projectile computer accurately, but also use the rich signal processing module of LabVIEW to realize system initialization, parameter configuration, signal monitoring and control stably and efficiently. Data acquisition and processing, data storage and other functions. Firstly, the development status of virtual instrument is introduced. According to the system requirement analysis, this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the system, and introduces the key technologies used in the design, including multithreading and database. Secondly, the paper introduces the hardware card and related functions used in the system design, and introduces the design idea and realization principle of the key circuit of the self-developed board card in detail. Thirdly, the functions, design ideas and points for attention of each module of the system software are introduced in detail, especially the implementation methods of database application, hardware trigger, dynamic call and custom control are discussed in detail. Finally, the function of the system is verified from two aspects of hardware and software. In hardware, the module of analog thermal battery output A / D channel, analog signal acquisition and output, digital signal communication and so on are tested. In the aspect of software, the three working modes of the system are strictly tested, especially the full-function mode. The test results show that the system has the characteristics of stable operation, convenient operation and strong expansibility. It has been applied to practical production and greatly improved the efficiency of the development of projectile computer.
