大宗散货盘点系统设计与数据采集

【摘要】:大型储煤基地的加速建设,需要堆储现代化管理技术作保障,而煤炭等大宗散货的盘点是其中的一个重要环节,快速、准确、简便地测量出储煤基地煤垛的体积和质量是储煤基地进行科学管理、经济效益评估和存储量评估的重要工作,具有重要的应用价值。本课题来源于神华集团的科研项目“煤炭等大宗散货盘点系统研究”,针对快速、准确、简便的项目要求,设计系统只需现场测量人员手提测量终端设备围绕被测煤垛行走一周,即可完成对煤垛的体积测量。本论文主要从系统的总体设计、硬件组成、数据采集软件设计与实现以及系统测试与验证几个方面进行研究。大宗散货盘点系统利用二维激光扫描仪采集散货堆激光点云信息,利用两组(每组两台)可见光相机采集散货堆的可见光信息,利用电子罗盘采集手提测量终端的方位角信息,利用动态倾角传感器采集手提测量终端的俯仰角与横滚角信息,利用GPS定位模块采集手提测量终端的精确位置信息,利用3G网络进行数据传输保障GPS工作在RTK (Real-time kinematic)实时差分定位模式,利用微型热敏打印机打印体积结果。本论文中大宗散货盘点系统的数据采集软件主要包括基站设备初始化模块、基站数据采集模块、手提测量终端设备初始化模块、手提测量终端工作模式选择模块、手提测量终端数据采集模块、手提测量终端数据传输模块以及分析计算平台数据传输模块。对于数据采集软件的实现,主要考虑软件的开发环境、软件的输入与输出接口及软件的功能,进而设计软件结构及各模块流程,利用MSComm控件实现串口通信,利用Winsock实现网络通信。在校内采用模拟煤堆对大宗散货盘点系统和数据采集软件进行了大量的测试,此外,还在河北沧州黄骅港储煤基地进行了实际煤堆测量实验,测试结果证明了系统设计的准确性和软件的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to accelerate the construction of large coal storage bases, it is necessary to ensure the modern management technology for the storage of coal, and the inventory of bulk goods such as coal is one of the important links. It is fast and accurate. Simply measuring the volume and quality of coal stacking in coal storage base is an important work for scientific management, economic benefit evaluation and storage evaluation in coal storage base, and has important application value. This subject comes from Shenhua Group's scientific research project "Coal and other bulk cargo inventory system Research", aiming at the rapid, accurate and simple project requirements. The design system can measure the volume of coal stacking only by walking around the measured coal stack for one week with the hand held measuring terminal equipment. In this paper, the overall design of the system, hardware composition, data acquisition software design and implementation as well as system testing and verification are studied. The bulk inventory system uses a two-dimensional laser scanner to collect the laser point cloud information of bulk cargo stack, two groups of visible light cameras (each group and two sets) to collect the visible light information of the bulk cargo stack, and an electronic compass to collect the azimuth information of the portable measurement terminal. The information of pitch angle and roll angle of portable measurement terminal is collected by using dynamic dip angle sensor, and precise position information of portable measurement terminal is collected by GPS positioning module. The real-time differential positioning mode of GPS working in RTK Real-time Kinematic is guaranteed by using 3G network, and the volume result is printed by micro thermal printer. In this paper, the data acquisition software of bulk inventory system mainly includes base station equipment initialization module, base station data acquisition module, portable measurement terminal equipment initialization module, portable measurement terminal work mode selection module. Portable measurement terminal data acquisition module, portable measurement terminal data transmission module and analysis and calculation platform data transmission module. For the realization of data acquisition software, the software development environment, the input and output interface of the software and the function of the software are considered, and then the software structure and the flow chart of each module are designed, and the serial port communication is realized by using the MSComm control. Winsock is used to realize network communication. A large number of tests have been carried out on bulk cargo inventory system and data acquisition software by using simulated coal piles in the school. In addition, actual coal pile measurement experiments have been carried out at the coal storage base of Huanghua Port, Cangzhou, Hebei Province. The test results show the accuracy of the system design and the reliability of the software.
