基于RT-Thread的无线室内空气品质监测评价系统的设计

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国经济得到快速、持续、稳定的发展,人们的生活水平有了大幅提升,居住环境得到明显改善。但随着经济的发展,工业规模不断的扩大,室内空气品质日益恶劣。目前室内空气品质监测产品仍有需要专业人员操作、价格昂贵、功能单一的问题,本文重点研究具有多项监测指标及空气品质评价的室内空气品质无线监测系统,为人们拥有良好的室内空气提供保障。本文对室内空气品质监测及评价系统的功能需求进行分析,提出了系统总体设计方案。系统具备三大部分:采集终端、无线通信系统及监测中心。本文基于RT-Thread和STM32设计了采集终端。RT-Thread实时嵌入式操作系统具有良好开放性、实时性。本文完成了 RT-Thread向STM32F446的移植,实现了 RT-Thread在STM32F446硬件平台上的稳定运行。采集终端能够监测室内多项空气指标,包括:甲醛、二氧化碳、PM2.5及温湿度,并向监测中心实时发送。本文设计了 Wi-Fi无线通信系统。采集终端与监测中心通过Wi-Fi无线通信系统进行数据交换。文中研究了传统灰色关联分析法,灰色关联分析法对样本要求较低,极少出现分析结果与实际不符的情况。本文在该算法基础上,参考相关文献对传统灰色关联分析法去量纲化和分辨率计算步骤进行了一定的改进。对两种算法编程实现并模拟分析后,得出结论是:改进的灰色关联分析法运算量更少,可靠性更高。本文设计了计算机终端监测中心软件,具备实时接收采集终端监测数据,实时显示,即时报警,历史查询等功能。使用改进后的灰色关联分析法设计并实现了一种空气品质评价方法,该评价方法采用C#与MATLAB联合编程方式实现。系统测试表明:RT-Thread实时线程操作系统能够稳定运行;采集终端各模块工作状态正常;Wi-Fi无线通信系统工作良好;监测中心基本功能正常。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has been rapid, sustained and stable development, people's living standards have been greatly improved, living environment has been significantly improved. However, with the development of economy and the expansion of industrial scale, indoor air quality is becoming worse and worse. At present, indoor air quality monitoring products still need professional operation, high price and single function. This paper focuses on the wireless monitoring system of indoor air quality with many monitoring indexes and air quality evaluation. To provide protection for people to have good indoor air. In this paper, the functional requirements of indoor air quality monitoring and evaluation system are analyzed, and the overall design scheme of the system is put forward. The system has three parts: acquisition terminal, wireless communication system and monitoring center. Based on RT-Thread and STM32, the real-time embedded operating system of .RT-Thread is designed. In this paper, the transplant of RT-Thread to STM32F446 is completed, and the stable operation of RT-Thread on STM32F446 hardware platform is realized. The collection terminal can monitor indoor air indexes, including formaldehyde, carbon dioxide PM2.5 and temperature and humidity, and send them to the monitoring center in real time. Wi-Fi wireless communication system is designed in this paper. The data exchange between the acquisition terminal and the monitoring center is carried out through the Wi-Fi wireless communication system. In this paper, the traditional grey relational analysis method is studied. On the basis of this algorithm, the traditional grey correlation analysis method is improved in terms of dimensionalization and resolution calculation. After the two algorithms are programmed and simulated, it is concluded that the improved grey correlation analysis method has less operation and higher reliability. In this paper, the software of computer terminal monitoring center is designed, which has the functions of receiving and collecting terminal monitoring data in real time, displaying it in real time, alerting immediately, querying history and so on. An air quality evaluation method is designed and implemented by using the improved grey relational analysis method. The evaluation method is implemented by C # and MATLAB combined programming. The system tests show that the real-time threading operating system can run stably, the modules of the acquisition terminal work normally and the Wi-Fi wireless communication system works well, and the basic function of the monitoring center is normal.
