提高智能变电站自动化系统工程实施效率的思路与实践

【摘要】:分析了智能变电站工程实施效率提升的需求,在总结现状的基础上,研究并提出了提高工程实施效率的具体思路,包括站内基于完善的一、二次模型采用统一配置工具完成设备和应用配置;通过模型源端维护,简化通信对点;采用基于间隔变电站配置描述(SCD)模板文件的方式实现全站SCD的集成;标准化自动化设备;采用分环节解耦自动验证的方法完成通信对点;采用虚拟连接技术实现在主站对站内所有装置的远程调试。阐述了其关键技术。经过实际工程的实践检验,验证了所述思路的有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the demand of improving the efficiency of intelligent substation project, and on the basis of summing up the present situation, studies and puts forward some concrete ideas for improving the efficiency of engineering implementation, including the one based on perfection in the station. The secondary model uses unified configuration tools to complete the equipment and application configuration, simplifies the communication counterpoint through the maintenance of the source end of the model, realizes the integration of the whole station SCD based on the configuration description file of the spaced substation, and standardizes the automation equipment. The method of decoupling automatic verification is used to complete the communication counterpoint, and the virtual connection technology is used to realize the remote debugging of all the devices in the main station. The key technology is expounded. The validity of the idea is verified by practical engineering.
