大型粉末成型机嵌入式智能故障诊断系统研制

【摘要】:智能故障诊断服务是制造装备智能化升级的重要组成部分,是提高制造装备故障诊断维护质量与效率,保障其稳定运行的有效措施。本文以HPP8500P型粉末成型机为应用对象,研究其故障的智能化诊断方法,设计开发了大型粉末成型机嵌入式智能故障诊断系统,实现其智能化故障诊断过程。首先,分析了故障诊断技术及嵌入式技术在智能故障诊断领域应用的研究现状,并结合粉末成型机结构与故障特点,分析系统功能需求,完成了系统的总体方案设计。其次,针对大型粉末成型机结构与故障特点,研究采用基于故障树模型的智能故障诊断方法,并且融合BDD图法与F-V最小割集重要度方法实现模型的定性定量分析,并提出了基于RFV排序因子的故障诊断策略制定方法,以兼顾诊断的准确性与效率,通过故障实例验证了该方法的有效性。接着,通过模块化设计方法搭建了系统现场智能数据终端的硬件平台;并对系统现场智能数据终端和远程诊断与服务平台进行软件设计开发,实现了嵌入式实时操作系统在现场智能数据终端中的应用以及基于故障树模型的智能故障诊断方法。最后,进行了系统的现场智能数据终端和远程诊断与服务平台的主要功能模块调试工作,并完成系统在HPP8500P型粉末成型机样机上的整体运行。本文所研究的嵌入式智能故障诊断系统已初步应用于HPP8500P型粉末成型机中,实现了智能化故障诊断的预期目标,促进其故障诊断智能化水平提升,对粉末成型制造装备及其他制造装备的智能故障诊断系统开发与应用有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Intelligent fault diagnosis service is an important part of intelligent upgrading of manufacturing equipment. It is an effective measure to improve the quality and efficiency of fault diagnosis and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and to ensure its stable operation. In this paper, the intelligent fault diagnosis method of HPP8500P powder molding machine is studied, and the embedded intelligent fault diagnosis system of large powder molding machine is designed and developed, and the process of intelligent fault diagnosis is realized. Firstly, the research status of fault diagnosis technology and embedded technology in intelligent fault diagnosis field is analyzed. Combining with the structure and fault characteristics of powder molding machine, the functional requirements of the system are analyzed, and the overall scheme design of the system is completed. Secondly, according to the structure and fault characteristics of large powder molding machine, the intelligent fault diagnosis method based on fault tree model is studied, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the model is realized by combining BDD diagram method and F-V minimum cut set importance method. A fault diagnosis strategy formulation method based on RFV ranking factor is proposed to give consideration to the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis. The effectiveness of the method is verified by a fault example. Then, the hardware platform of the system field intelligent data terminal is built by modularization design method, and the software design and development of the system field intelligent data terminal and remote diagnosis and service platform are carried out. The application of embedded real-time operating system in field intelligent data terminal and the intelligent fault diagnosis method based on fault tree model are realized. Finally, debugging the main function modules of the intelligent data terminal and remote diagnosis and service platform of the system is carried out, and the whole operation of the system on the prototype of HPP8500P powder molding machine is completed. The embedded intelligent fault diagnosis system studied in this paper has been applied to HPP8500P powder molding machine. It realizes the expected goal of intelligent fault diagnosis and promotes its intelligent level of fault diagnosis. It has certain reference value for the development and application of intelligent fault diagnosis system for powder forming equipment and other manufacturing equipment.
