基于规则的牵引车故障诊断专家系统设计

【摘要】:针对某型舰船出海期间牵引车故障多、维护难的问题,开发一种基于规则的牵引车故障诊断专家系统。介绍牵引车故障诊断专家系统的基本架构、功能模块,结合产生式规则给出知识库与规则库的结构,同时运用混合推理技术设计推理机,详细描述推理算法,利用Access数据库和VB可视化编程技术实现专家系统。分析结果表明:该系统能够较为准确地判断出故障原因并提出故障解决方法,维护简单,实用高效,易于部队接受。
[Abstract]:A rule-based fault diagnosis expert system for towing vehicle is developed to solve the problem that the towing vehicle has many faults and is difficult to maintain during the period of going to sea. This paper introduces the basic structure and function module of the tractor fault diagnosis expert system, and gives the structure of the knowledge base and rule base combined with the production rule. At the same time, the reasoning machine is designed by using the hybrid reasoning technology, and the reasoning algorithm is described in detail. The expert system is realized by using Access database and VB visual programming technology. The analysis results show that the system can accurately judge the cause of the fault and put forward the fault solving method, which is easy to maintain, practical and efficient, and easy to be accepted by the troops.
