医用胶片、报告自助打印系统的应用

【摘要】:目的探讨医用胶片、报告自助打印系统的应用情况。方法医用胶片、报告自助打印系统和图像存储与传输系统/放射学信息系统(picture archiving and communications system/radiology information system,PACS/RIS)连接,将计算机断层扫描图像排版后形成的电子胶片发送至PACS按需打印服务器,医生研究判读图像后书写的电子诊断报告发送至RIS服务器内保存,等待与之匹配的信息。患者在医用胶片、报告自助打印系统终端的激光发射口处扫描条码,检索信息发回至PACS按需打印服务器和RIS服务器,将保存在服务器中的电子胶片和电子报告按条码信息要求传输到医用胶片、报告自助打印系统的终端,即可按需自助打印胶片与诊断报告。结果 2015年2月2日—2016年6月2日有1.9%出现扫描条形码后不能正常取胶片和报告。医院CT室每天平均工作量200例次,3~4例次不能完成自助打印胶片和报告。结论胶片、诊断报告与条码信息一一对应,杜绝了胶片、报告发放过程中"张冠李戴"现象的发生;同时,也降低了登记台护士和扫描技师的工作强度。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss the application of medical film and self-printing system. Methods Medical film, report self-printing system and image storage and transmission system / radiology information system picture archiving and communications system/radiology information system PACS / RIS) connection, and send the electronic film formed by computer tomography image typesetting to PACS on-demand printing server. The electronic diagnostic report written after the doctor studies the image is sent to the RIS server for information to match. The patient scans the bar code at the laser emitter port of the self-printing system terminal in medical film, retrieves the information back to the PACS on-demand print server and the RIS server, The electronic film and electronic report stored in the server are transmitted to the medical film according to the bar code information requirement. The terminal of the self-report printing system can print the film and diagnosis report on demand. Results from February 2, 2015 to June 2, 2016, 1.9% of the samples were not able to take film and report normally after scanning bar code. The average workload of CT room in hospital was 200 cases and 3 times per day. 4 cases could not finish self-printing film and report. Conclusion the film, the diagnosis report and the bar code information correspond one by one, which prevent the phenomenon of "Zhang Guanli Dai" in the process of issuing the film, and at the same time, reduce the working intensity of the nurses and scanning technicians of the registration station.
