基于无线网络的嵌入式大规模温度采集系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着传感器技术的不断成熟,传感器呈现出精度高成本低的特点,与此同时,互联网技术也在迅速发展,正在不断为我们的生活生产服务。传感器技术与网络技术结合形成了物联网技术。物联网技术应用于日常生活和工农业生产中已经成为一种发展趋势,并且已经有了一定的发展基础和成功的案例。本文从当前传感器、嵌入式等相关技术的发展情况出发,介绍了基于无线网络的嵌入式大规模温度采集系统的研究背景,以及开发本系统的现实意义。同时对系统采用的核心技术在国内和国外的发展情况进行了简要分析,分析内容包括嵌入式技术、传感器技术等硬件相关的核心技术,也包括嵌入式软件、嵌入式数据库以及B/S模式等软件相关的技术。然后基于技术、功能和需求对系统进行了分析。文章对系统从功能角度进行了整体设计,包括硬件设计,软件框架设计,数据库设计以及相关业务流程的设计。最后根据系统设计对相关功能进行了实现,并对各个功能进行了验证和测试,保证并证实了系统的可行性和实用价值。基于无线网络的嵌入式大规模温度采集系统是将适用于不同需求场景的温度传感器同传统无线网络相结合,形成的一个集采集、存储及管理等功能于一身的系统。温度传感器结合低端嵌入式芯片构成系统的采集部分,具备数据采集功能,完成对现场数据的采集任务;高性能的嵌入式芯片配合数据库等软件组件构成系统的数据存储部分,具备数据接收、存储和权限管理等功能,完成系统对设备的甄别与数据管理等任务。系统能够承受大规模的采集需求,大规模主要体现在采集空间分布范围和采集点数量上,由于系统采用无线网络作为数据传输方式,所以系统的采集空间分布范围广,打破了传统的布线限制。同时系统的数据接收与存储部分采用高性能的芯片,能够承受多达5000个点的采集规模。采集系统的数据存储管理部分采用关系型数据库,对外提供标准的接口,具有很好的兼容性,方便与其他应用程序进行对接。系统采用基于时间的一次性密码对设备的合法性进行验证,有效地保证了系统的安全性。同时系统采用传统的无线网络,使部署和改变系统的拓扑结构更加容易。对于用户访问方式,本系统采用B/S设计模式,向用户提供友好的访问和管理界面,方便系统功能的扩展和二次开发。此外,系统基于权限对访问者进行分类,保证系统在应用层上的功能和数据的安全。
[Abstract]:With the development of sensor technology, sensor has the characteristics of high precision and low cost. At the same time, Internet technology is developing rapidly and serving our daily life. Sensor technology and network technology combined to form the Internet of things technology. The application of Internet of things technology in daily life and industrial and agricultural production has become a trend of development, and has a certain development basis and successful cases. Based on the development of sensor and embedded technology, this paper introduces the research background of embedded large-scale temperature acquisition system based on wireless network, and the practical significance of developing this system. At the same time, the development of the core technology used in the system at home and abroad is briefly analyzed, including embedded technology, sensor technology and other hardware-related core technologies, as well as embedded software. Embedded database and software related technology such as B / S model. Then the system is analyzed based on technology, function and requirement. This paper designs the whole system from the point of view of function, including hardware design, software frame design, database design and related business process design. Finally, the related functions are implemented according to the system design, and each function is verified and tested, which ensures and verifies the feasibility and practical value of the system. The embedded large-scale temperature acquisition system based on wireless network is a system which combines the temperature sensor suitable for different needs with the traditional wireless network and integrates the functions of acquisition, storage and management. The temperature sensor combines the low-end embedded chip to form the collection part of the system, which has the function of data acquisition, completes the task of collecting the field data, and the high performance embedded chip with the database and other software components constitute the data storage part of the system. With data receiving, storage and authority management functions, complete the system to identify equipment and data management tasks. The system can bear the demand of large-scale acquisition, which is mainly reflected in the range of spatial distribution and the number of acquisition points. Because the system adopts wireless network as the mode of data transmission, the system has a wide range of spatial distribution of data acquisition. Break the traditional wiring limit. At the same time, the data receiving and storage part of the system uses high performance chip, which can support as many as 5000 points. The data storage and management part of the acquisition system adopts relational database and provides the standard interface to the outside world. It has good compatibility and convenient docking with other application programs. The system uses time-based one-time cipher to verify the legitimacy of the equipment, which effectively ensures the security of the system. At the same time, the system adopts traditional wireless network, which makes it easier to deploy and change the system topology. For the user access mode, the system adopts the B / S design pattern to provide users with friendly access and management interface, which is convenient for the system function expansion and secondary development. In addition, the system classifies visitors based on permissions to ensure the security of system functions and data on the application layer.
