基于惯性运动传感器的跌倒检测系统研究

【摘要】:跌倒降低了人体的活动能力,是老年人和病人伤残、死亡以及经济负担加重的重要原因之一。鉴于现有的跌倒检测设备功耗高、报警范围受限、携带不便等缺点,设计出一款功耗低、体积小、方便携带的可穿戴式检测装置,对于提高智慧医疗信息化、实时性、促进和谐社会发展等具有重要的意义。本文结合Arduino与Android研发了一套基于数据融合的跌倒检测系统,分析了系统的功能需求,并给出了整体设计方案,重点设计了下位机数据采集、传输和处理的软硬件平台,开发了上位机实时定位报警软件,实现了对人体的运动数据、实时定位的精确控制。主要研究内容如下:(1)针对目前跌倒检测系统的研究现状及优缺点,给出了本文跌倒检测系统的需求指标与总体设计方案,并指出了本文系统的主要创新点。(2)搭建了跌倒检测系统的硬件电路,主要包括数据采集模块、数据传输模块、报警模块及一些微控制模块。根据下位机设计需求完成了对元器件的选择、电路原理图的设计,并对电路板进行功能调试,以保证系统的稳定性与可靠性。同时,开发了跌倒检测系统的定位报警App,详细介绍了百度地图定位模块、蓝牙串口通信模块以及定位求救短信发送模块的设计流程。(3)分析了人体的日常运动模式,详细阐述了数据源和采样频率的选择、mpu6050的采样原理、数据的预处理以及特征量的提取等。(4)详细给出了联合卡尔曼滤波和ProtoThread并行调度的实现原理,提出基于数据融合的并行阈值算法,利用Arduino IDE开发环境开发了跌倒检测系统的软件程序,同时加入了偏差补偿等一些优化,使采集到的数据更加准确,从而提高系统的准确率。(5)介绍了本文跌倒检测系统的佩戴方式与具体操作方法,并通过对志愿者的模拟测试,将实验结果与现有算法进行对比与性能分析,验证了系统的稳定性和可靠性。本文所开发的跌倒检测系统,具有低功耗、低成本、高精度、易携带等优点,不仅降低了跌倒检测设备的成本,提高了检测精度,同时对促进医疗设备的科学发展具有重要意义,且具有良好的社会效益与广阔的市场前景。
[Abstract]:Falling down reduces the ability of the human body, is one of the important reasons for the disabled, the death and the economic burden of the elderly. In view of the disadvantages of high power consumption, limited alarm range and inconvenient carrying, a wearable detection device with low power consumption, small size and portable belt is designed to improve the wisdom medicine. Medical information, real-time, and promoting the development of harmonious society are of great significance. In this paper, a set of fall detection system based on data fusion is developed based on Arduino and Android. The functional requirements of the system are analyzed, and the overall design scheme is given. The software and hardware platform of the data acquisition, transmission and processing of the lower computer is designed, and the development of the software and hardware platform is developed. The host computer real-time positioning alarm software realizes the accurate control of the motion data and real-time positioning of the human body. The main contents are as follows: (1) in view of the current research status and advantages and disadvantages of the current fall detection system, the demand index and overall plan scheme of the fall detection system are given, and the main innovation points of this system are pointed out. (2) The hardware circuit of the fall detection system is built, which mainly includes the data acquisition module, the data transmission module, the alarm module and some micro control modules. According to the design requirements of the lower computer, the selection of the components, the design of the circuit schematic and the function of the circuit board are designed to ensure the stability and reliability of the system. (5) the method of wearing and operation of the fall detection system is introduced, and the experimental results are compared with the existing algorithms to verify the stability and reliability of the system through the simulation test of the volunteers. The fall detection system developed in this paper has low power consumption and low cost. High precision, easy to carry and other advantages, not only reduce the cost of falling detection equipment, improve the detection precision, but also to promote the scientific development of medical equipment is of great significance, and has good social benefits and broad market prospects.
