基于改进类电磁机制算法的协调控制系统优化

【摘要】:协调控制系统是单元机组的重要组成部分,它的存在有效地保证了单元机组安全、稳定、经济的运行。电网要求单元机组不仅能快速响应负荷变化,而且要保证机组在变负荷过程中机组的主要运行参数相对稳定,这一动态调节过程能否如期实现不仅仅取决于单元机组锅炉、汽机和主要辅机的正常投运,更取决于单元机组协调控制系统控制策略的设计和控制器参数的选取。因此,深入研究单元机组协调控制系统,在协调控制系统中应用新的智能控制算法,对现有的协调控制系统进行优化,提高协调控制系统的控制品质。这不仅能够促进相关科学的快速发展,而且具有极高的应用价值和理论意义。类电磁机制算法是一种新兴的全局智能优化算法,该算法的搜索机制是基于对真空中带电粒子间的相互作用现象的模拟,可行域中的每一个样本点(粒子)在合力的作用下进行位置更新。本文在深入研究类电磁机制算法的基础上,围绕经典类电磁机制算法的不足之处进行反复试验改进,特别是算法初始样本点分布不均匀、局部搜索算法易陷入局部最优、粒子电荷量和合力计算公式冗杂、粒子更新自适应能力不足等方面,分别提出了相应的改进策略,通过标准函数测试证明了改进类电磁机制算法的有效性和可行性。最后针对单元机组协调控制系统优化的特点,提出对单元机组协调控制系统锅炉主控、汽机主控逐一优化的方案,这样就能够极大地降低优化问题的复杂度。仿真结果表明:改进类电磁机制算法和特定目标函数的有机结合能够在单元机组机炉协调控制系统优化问题中取得较为满意的优化效果,为现场运行人员进行协调控制提供了重要的数据参考。
[Abstract]:The coordinated control system is an important part of the unit. Its existence effectively ensures the safety, stability and economic operation of the unit units. The power grid requires that the unit not only respond quickly to the load changes, but also ensure that the main operating parameters of the unit are relatively stable during the variable load process. The scheduled implementation not only depends on the normal operation of the unit boiler, the turbine and the main auxiliary engine, but also depends on the design of the control strategy of the unit coordinated control system and the selection of the controller parameters. Therefore, the coordinated control system of the unit unit is deeply studied, and the new intelligent control algorithm is applied to the coordination control system, and the existing coordination system is applied to the existing coordination control system. The control system is optimized to improve the control quality of the coordinated control system. This can not only promote the rapid development of the related science, but also have high application value and theoretical significance. The electromagnetic mechanism algorithm is a new global intelligent optimization algorithm. The search mechanism of this algorithm is based on the interaction of charged particles in the vacuum. Simulation of action phenomenon, each sample point (particle) in the feasible domain is updated with the effect of resultant force. Based on the in-depth study of the electromagnetic mechanism algorithm, this paper makes a repeated experiment and improvement around the shortcomings of the classical electromagnetic mechanism algorithm, especially the inhomogeneous distribution of the initial sample point distribution and the local search algorithm. In the local optimum, the calculation formula of particle charge and joint force is miscellaneous, and the adaptive ability of particle updating is insufficient, the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward respectively. The validity and feasibility of the improved electromagnetic mechanism algorithm are proved by standard function test. Finally, the characteristics of the optimization of the unit coordinated control system are proposed. The scheme of boiler master control and turbine main control is optimized one by one, which can greatly reduce the complexity of the optimization problem. The simulation results show that the organic combination of the improved electromagnetic mechanism algorithm and the specific target function can achieve a more satisfactory optimization in the optimization of the unit boiler furnace coordination control system. The results provide important data reference for coordinated control of field operators.
