【摘要】:随着社会经济的飞速发展,各行各业对电力的需求量也大量的增加,电力在作为当今社会发展最重要的能源,供电质量的好坏对社会经济的进步将起到至关重要的作用。为保证良好的供电质量,建立智能配电网开始逐渐被人们提出并得到了飞速的发展,利用智能化技术进行电网的配置。参考国外典型国家智能电网的发展历程,同时对我国智能电网的发展历程进行总结与分析,结合已取得的先进成果并考虑鹤岗市市郊配电网运行的实际情况,即电源相对充足,但电网网架薄弱,智能化程度不高,老旧设备较多,负荷相对分散,受地理位置和气候的影响,运行季节性工作明显,存在电网风险且自愈能力不足的特点。对其供电所配电网进行智能化的设计,将10k V智能型永磁真空断路器、10k V线路无功自动补偿装置、10k V智能型自动调压调容变压器应用到该配电网中,运行新型的信息管理系统进行日常的管理。对鹤岗供电所配电网现状进行分析,结合鹤岗地区智能电网的总体发展规划,对智能配电,智能用电环节进行了设计,设计内容包括各个环节的设计主体和其主要的功能,为鹤岗地区智能电网建设提供具有可操作性的建设方案,为鹤岗地区的电网建设提供合理化的建设意见。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for electricity in various industries is also increasing. As the most important energy in the development of the society today, the quality of power supply will play a vital role in the progress of social economy. In order to ensure good power supply quality, the establishment of smart distribution network has been gradually proposed and developed rapidly. Intelligent technology is used to configure the power grid. Referring to the development course of smart grid in typical foreign countries, and summarizing and analyzing the development course of smart grid in our country, combining with the advanced achievements and considering the actual situation of distribution network in suburb of Hegang, that is, the power supply is relatively sufficient. But the grid structure is weak, the intelligence degree is not high, the old equipment is more, the load is relatively dispersed, affected by the geographical location and climate, the seasonal operation work is obvious, and the power grid has the characteristics of risk and insufficient self-healing ability. The intelligent design of the distribution network of its power supply station is carried out. The 10kV intelligent permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker 10kV automatic reactive power compensation device is applied to the distribution network, and the 10kV intelligent automatic voltage regulating transformer is applied to the distribution network. Run new information management system for daily management. The present situation of distribution network of Hegang power supply station is analyzed. Combined with the overall development plan of smart grid in Hegang area, the intelligent distribution and intelligent power consumption links are designed. The design contents include the main design body and the main functions of each link. It provides operable construction scheme for smart grid construction in Hegang area and reasonable construction advice for power grid construction in Hegang area.
