服装用PVDF压电传感器的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜具有柔软质轻、可加工性能好、频响宽、灵敏度高、耐腐蚀性好等优点,加上其优越的压电性能使得PVDF压电传感元件特别适合应用在服装中,用于监测人体生理及运动状态。肘关节是人体活动的重要部位,相对于身体其他关节来说,肘关节活动范围比较大,更容易受到损伤,通过对人体肘关节运动特征监测,改变运动的节奏感和运动方式,寻找最佳的运动姿态,可较大程度的降低肘关节损伤。本课题针对当今服装的智能化发展趋势,结合国内外传感器领域炙手可热的PVDF压电薄膜,自行研制出一种简易的可装载于服装中的PVDF压电传感元件。课题详细的阐述了 PVDF压电传感器的研制及性能的测试,并应用于人体肘关节监测人体活动。主要工作如下:(1)探究上海3F公司FR904和美国苏威21216两种型号的PVDF原材料的性能差异。(2)通过流延法和静电纺丝方法制备PVDF压电薄膜,探究两种不同方法制备的薄膜的性能差异,发现静电纺纤维膜具有较强的压电性能,将不同浓度的PVDF纤维膜通过电极选择、形状确定及裁剪、焊接导线、边缘处理、覆盖电极几个步骤制备成压电传感器感芯。并通过自己搭建的压电测试平台对PVDF压电性能及灵敏度进行测试。结果发现浓度为10%的PVDF传感器压电性能优异。(3)将双层PVDF纤维膜串联制成传感器感芯,测试结果表明其压电性能是单层传感器感芯的两倍。(4)采用经编网眼织物制成肘部服装,将双层PVDF纤维膜传感器镶嵌于肘部服装内,测试手臂在不同弯曲状态下的信号输出情况。
[Abstract]:Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric film has the advantages of soft and light weight, good processability, wide frequency response, high sensitivity, good corrosion resistance and so on. In addition, its excellent piezoelectric properties make PVDF piezoelectric sensor especially suitable for application in clothing. Used to monitor physiology and movement of human body. Elbow joint is an important part of human body activity. Compared with other joints of the body, elbow joint has a relatively large range of activities and is more vulnerable to injury. By monitoring the movement characteristics of human elbow joint, the rhythm and mode of movement can be changed. Looking for the best movement posture can reduce the elbow joint injury to a great extent. In view of the trend of the intelligent development of clothing and the hot PVDF piezoelectric film in the field of sensors at home and abroad, a simple PVDF piezoelectric sensing element which can be loaded in clothing has been developed in this paper. The development and performance test of PVDF piezoelectric sensor are described in detail, and it is applied to human elbow joint monitoring. The main work is as follows: (1) to explore the difference in the properties of PVDF raw materials of Shanghai 3F Company FR904 and Suwei 21216) PVDF piezoelectric thin films were prepared by casting method and electrostatic spinning method, and the difference of properties between the two kinds of films prepared by different methods was explored. It is found that the electrospun fiber film has strong piezoelectric properties. The piezoelectric sensor core is made from different concentration of PVDF fiber film through electrode selection, shape determination and cutting, welding wire, edge treatment and electrode covering. The piezoelectric properties and sensitivity of PVDF are tested by a piezoelectric test platform. The results showed that 10% PVDF sensor had excellent piezoelectric performance. The sensor core was made of double-layer PVDF fiber film in series. The results showed that the piezoelectric performance of the sensor was twice as high as that of single-layer sensor core. The double layer PVDF fiber film sensor was embedded in the elbow garment to test the signal output of the arm in different bending states.
