便携式硫熏中药材快速检测仪优化设计

【摘要】:对中药材硫磺残留量超标的现象常有报道,常规中药材二氧化硫检测方法步骤较繁琐,需要专业人员在专业场所进行测量,而适合现场检测的便携式仪器却鲜有报道。本文采用LED光源研制了一种硫熏中药材快速检测仪。首先对本课题组前期研究工作进行了总结。介绍了硫熏与正品菊花、硫熏贡菊的无水乙醇浸出液的吸收峰,得到被硫磺熏制样品浸出液的吸收峰与硫磺的无水乙醇浸出液的吸收峰相同,均为715 nm和835 nm。针对前期研制的检测仪存在锂电池组电能利用率低、光源功耗大、光源利用率低的问题,本论文对检测仪的电路进行了优化设计,主要涉及锂电池组、光源、LED恒流驱动电路、锂电池电压监测电路。首先,通过加入XL6009 DC/DC升压模块(15 V),为LED恒流驱动电路提供恒定电压,解决了锂电池组工作时电压变化范围大、必须留出冗余电压的问题。升压模块的使用使得锂电池由6节减少到2节,电池组电压由16.5 V~25.2 V降至5.5 V~8.4 V,在锂电池组电压变化时始终能够提供稳定的15 V电压,提高了电池组电能的利用率。其次,为了避免锂电池过放电受损,设计了过放电保护电路,在电池组电压低至约5.6 V时自动切断电源。再次,光源部分采用发光波长为700 nm和830 nm组合式LED光源,代替12 V/20 W的卤钨灯(350 nm~1000 nm),降低了光源的功耗,测试了LED恒流驱动电路的基本性能,其负载和输入电压变化调整率均优于0.2%。另外,通过增加光纤透镜、采用蜂窝式结构光源,提高了LED光源的利用率。本文测试了从本地药店购买的硫熏枸杞和党参样品的无水乙醇浸出液的吸收峰,检测结果显示均被硫磺熏制,与已知样品被硫磺熏制相吻合。测试结果表明,该检测仪有望用于鉴别中药材是否被硫磺熏制。
[Abstract]:It is often reported that the residue of sulfur in Chinese medicinal materials exceeds the standard. The routine method of sulfur dioxide detection of traditional Chinese medicinal materials is more complicated and requires professional personnel to measure it in professional places, but the portable instruments suitable for field detection are rarely reported. In this paper, a fast detector for sulfur fumigation of Chinese medicinal materials has been developed by using LED light source. First of all, the previous research work of our group is summarized. The absorption peaks of anhydrous ethanol leachate of chrysanthemum and chrysanthemum were introduced. The absorption peak of sulfur fumigation sample leaching solution was the same as that of sulfur anhydrous ethanol leaching solution, both being 715 nm and 835 nm. In view of the problems of low energy utilization ratio of lithium battery pack, large power consumption of light source and low utilization rate of light source, this paper optimizes the circuit design of the detector, which mainly involves lithium battery pack, LED constant current driving circuit of light source, etc. Lithium battery voltage monitoring circuit. First of all, by adding XL6009 DC / DC boost module 15V / L to provide constant voltage for LED constant current drive circuit, the voltage variation range of lithium battery pack is large and the redundant voltage must be set aside. The use of the booster module reduces the lithium battery from 6 to 2, and the battery pack voltage from 16.5 V to 5.5 V / V 8.4 V, which can always provide a stable 15 V voltage when the battery voltage changes, thus increasing the utilization rate of battery power. Secondly, in order to avoid overdischarge damage of lithium battery, an overdischarge protection circuit is designed to automatically cut off the power supply when the voltage of the battery is as low as 5.6 V. Thirdly, the light source part uses the combined LED light source with the wavelength of 700nm and 830nm instead of the 12V / 20W halogen tungsten lamp, which reduces the power consumption of the light source, and tests the basic performance of the LED constant current drive circuit. The adjustment rate of load and input voltage is better than 0.2. In addition, by adding optical fiber lens and adopting honeycomb structure light source, the utilization ratio of LED light source is improved. In this paper, the absorption peaks of anhydrous ethanol leachate of Chinese wolfberry and Codonopsis pilosula samples purchased from local pharmacies were measured. The results showed that all samples were smoked with sulfur, which coincided with that of known samples. The test results show that this instrument is expected to be used to identify whether Chinese herbal medicines are smoked with sulfur.
