基于虚拟仪器的叶尖定时采集系统的研究

【摘要】:旋转机械是我国国民经济和国防事业当中有着广泛应用的机械设备,而作为其核心部件的旋转叶片的性能直接影响这个系统的安全性和稳定性。分析和监测叶片振动信号是一种维护叶片安全性能的有效方法。本文采用虚拟仪器技术搭建了基于叶尖定时原理(Blade Tip-timing)的叶尖定时采集系统对旋转叶片的振动性能参数进行采集以及分析并且进行了深入的研究。论文最后完成了相关的叶片振动性能测试实验,实验结果显示采集系统搭建正确。论文主要内容如下:(1)首先,介绍了旋转叶片的结构与受力分析,分析了叶片的分类和类型,叶片振动的固有频率以及叶片振动的坎贝尔图。从理论上了解了旋转叶片的振动特征,其次介绍了叶尖定时测振原理。然后介绍了本文所搭建的叶尖定时测振系统的构成,包括使用的叶尖定时传感器以及所用的高速数据采集卡等设备。(2)根据虚拟仪器的设计步骤来设计开发叶尖定时采集系统。首先对虚拟仪器需求分析进行了划分,其次依据需求分析进行系统框架设计、主界面设计及各功能模块设计;然后分开介绍各功能模块,最终形成具有良好的有着人机交互能力特点的虚拟仪器测试系统;其后根据测试用例对各设计模块进行测试,验证了各功能模块的编程正确性,达到了预期效果。(3)虚拟仪器叶尖定时采集系统应用于实验室现有的叶片转子实验台进行叶片性能测试实验,结果表明系统实现了预期目标,证明了该虚拟仪器的实用性和正确性。
[Abstract]:Rotating machinery is widely used in national economy and national defense in China. The performance of rotating blade, which is the core part of rotating machinery, directly affects the safety and stability of the system. Analysis and monitoring of blade vibration signal is an effective method to maintain blade safety performance. In this paper, a blade tip timing acquisition system based on blade tip timing principle (Blade Tip-timing) is built by using virtual instrument technology to collect and analyze the vibration performance parameters of rotating blades. Finally, the experiment of blade vibration performance is completed, and the experimental results show that the collection system is correct. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) firstly, the structure and force analysis of rotating blade are introduced, and the classification and type of blade, the natural frequency of blade vibration and Campbell diagram of blade vibration are analyzed. The vibration characteristics of rotating blades are theoretically understood, and the principle of tip timing vibration measurement is introduced. Then the paper introduces the structure of the blade tip timing vibration measuring system, including the blade tip timing sensor and the high speed data acquisition card, etc.) according to the design steps of the virtual instrument, the blade tip timing acquisition system is designed and developed. Firstly, the requirement analysis of virtual instrument is divided, then the system frame, the main interface and the functional modules are designed according to the requirement analysis, and then the functional modules are introduced separately. Finally, a virtual instrument test system with good human-computer interaction ability is formed. Then, according to the test cases, each design module is tested, and the programming correctness of each functional module is verified. The results show that the system has achieved the desired results. The results show that the system has achieved the desired goal, and has been applied to the blade performance test of the existing vane rotor test bench in the laboratory. The practicability and correctness of the virtual instrument are proved.
