数字孪生车间信息物理融合理论与技术

【摘要】:数字孪生车间作为实现制造物理世界和信息世界智能互联与交互融合的一种潜在的有效途径,近期被国内外相关领域学术界和企业界高度关注。基于前期对数字孪生车间的概念、系统组成、运行机制、特点和关键技术等研究,设计了数字孪生车间的参考系统架构,并从数字孪生车间4个主要系统组成(物理车间、虚拟车间、车间孪生数据、车间服务系统)的角度出发,分别对物理车间异构要素融合、虚拟车间多维模型融合、车间物理—信息数据融合、车间服务/应用融合等关键问题进行了研究分析。从物理融合、模型融合、数据融合和服务融合4个维度,系统地探讨了实现数字孪生车间信息物理融合的基础理论与关键技术,为企业实践数字孪生车间提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Digital twin workshop is a potential and effective way to realize the intelligent interconnection and integration of manufacturing physical world and information world. Recently, it has been highly concerned by academic and business circles in related fields at home and abroad. Based on the previous research on the concept, system composition, operation mechanism, characteristics and key technologies of digital twin workshop, the reference system architecture of digital twin workshop is designed, and the four main system components (physical workshop, physical workshop) of digital twin workshop are designed. From the point of view of virtual workshop, workshop twin data, workshop service system, the physical workshop heterogeneous elements fusion, virtual workshop multidimensional model fusion, workshop physical-information data fusion, The key issues of workshop service / application fusion are studied and analyzed. From four dimensions of physical fusion, model fusion, data fusion and service fusion, this paper systematically discusses the basic theory and key technology of realizing the information physical fusion of digital twin workshop, which provides a reference for enterprises to practice digital twin workshop.
