基于朗伯—比尔定律的食品安全快速检测仪的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国经过三十多年的超高速发展,人民生活水平虽然大幅度提高,但是环境方面也付出巨大代价,空气污染、水污染、土壤污染等问题日益严重,严重威胁人民的食品安全。而且不法分子不顾消费者权益,向食品中违法或过量添加各种添加剂,造成近年来食品安全事件频发,给人民群众的健康造成巨大的威胁,严重影响了我国食品行业的发展。本文通过深入了解我国食品安全快速检测行业发展现状,分析各种食品安全检测分析方法和技术,基于朗伯-比尔定律设计和研发了一系列食品安全快速检测仪。该系列食品安全快速检测仪具有应用场景广泛,可拓展性好,操作方便快捷,稳定性和精确性高等特点,能够满足我国食品安全检测行业快速发展的需要,具有广阔的市场空间。首先分析朗伯-比尔定律的应用条件,介绍该定律在食品安全快速检测仪中的简化和应用。根据朗伯-比尔定律的特性设计单波长和全光谱食品安全快速检测仪的硬件结构,例如单波长检测仪的卡槽结构,单波长的手持和台式检测仪通道设计,全光谱检测仪的分光系统等。其次,以手持食品安全快速检测仪为例详细介绍单波长检测仪的硬件和软件设计,包括硬件电路的整体框架、核心控制器的选择及相关电路设计、检测仪供电电路设计、IAP程序升级、系统软件运行过程、系统测试及产品生产过程中需要注意的问题等。该检测仪具有便携性好,测量项目多,性价比高等优点,适合对便携性和检测速度要求比较高的应用场景。再次,介绍全光谱食品安全快速检测仪的硬件和软件设计过程,包括数据采集模块设计、Linux内核和文件系统移植、人机交互界面设计及系统的运行和测试结果等。该检测仪具有操作简单,功能丰富,可拓展性好,精确度高等优点,适合于对精度要求高的检测项目。最后,说明设计和研发的这一系列食品安全快速检测仪所具有的特点和优点,主要性能指标位于国内同类产品的前列,具有广阔的市场空间和科研价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country for more than 30 years, although the standard of living of the people has been greatly improved, the environment has also paid a huge price. The problems of air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution and so on are becoming increasingly serious. It is a serious threat to the food safety of the people. Moreover, the illegal elements ignore the rights and interests of consumers and add various additives to food illegally or excessively, which results in frequent food safety incidents in recent years, poses a huge threat to the health of the people and seriously affects the development of the food industry in China. In this paper, a series of food safety fast detection instruments are designed and developed based on the understanding of the current situation of food safety rapid detection industry in China and the analysis of various methods and techniques of food safety detection and analysis. The series of fast food safety detectors have the characteristics of wide application, good expansibility, convenient operation, high stability and accuracy, and can meet the needs of the rapid development of food safety inspection industry in China. Have broad market space. Firstly, the application conditions of Lambert-Beer 's law are analyzed, and the simplification and application of this law in fast food safety detector are introduced. According to the characteristics of Lamber-Beer 's law, the hardware structure of single-wavelength and full-spectrum fast food safety detector is designed, such as the slot structure of single-wavelength detector, the channel design of single-wavelength hand-held and desktop detector. The spectroscopic system of the full spectrum detector, etc. Secondly, the hardware and software design of the single wavelength detector, including the whole frame of the hardware circuit, the selection of the core controller and the related circuit design, are introduced in detail, taking the hand-held food safety fast detector as an example. The design of the power supply circuit of the tester includes the upgrading of the IAP program, the running process of the system software, the problems needing attention in the system test and the production process of the product, etc. The detector has the advantages of good portability, many measuring items and high performance to price ratio. It is suitable for applications with high requirements for portability and detection speed. Thirdly, the hardware and software design process of full spectrum fast food safety detector is introduced, including data acquisition module design, Linux kernel and file system transplantation, man-machine interface design, system operation and test results, etc. The instrument has the advantages of simple operation, rich function, good expansibility and high precision. Finally, the characteristics and advantages of this series of food safety rapid detection instruments designed and developed are described. The main performance indexes are in the forefront of similar products in China, and have broad market space and scientific research value.
