基于实体交互的数控机床造型创新设计研究

【摘要】:为改善数控机床操作效率、提高使用者主观满意度,以实体交互理念为指导,通过用户需求信息调研、信息物理化设计、人机交互等方法,构建了基于实体交互理念的数控机床造型创新设计流程。以VMC850型数控机床为例,设计了新的造型方案;应用李克特5点量表调研法,从感官体验、行为体验、情感体验和思考体验4方面对用户体验主观满意度进行测评。结果显示:与原产品相比,设计方案的用户主观满意度上升15.15%,验证了实体交互理念对改善数控机床类装备产品的用户体验有积极作用。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the operation efficiency of NC machine tools and improve the subjective satisfaction of users, the idea of entity interaction is taken as the guide, and the methods such as information investigation, information physical design, human-computer interaction, etc. The innovative design flow of NC machine tool modeling based on entity interaction concept is constructed. Taking VMC850 numerical control machine tool as an example, a new modeling scheme is designed, and the subjective satisfaction degree of user experience is evaluated from four aspects: sensory experience, behavior experience, emotional experience and thinking experience. The results show that compared with the original product, the user subjective satisfaction of the design scheme is increased by 15.15%, which verifies that the concept of entity interaction plays a positive role in improving the user experience of CNC machine tool equipment products.
