高精度氟离子自动在线检测仪器的研制

【摘要】:随着世界科技的发展,工业化进程的加快,人们一边得到巨大金融利益与拥有工厂的种种产品所提供的日常方便的时候,对人们周围的生活环境、对维持人体生存非常重要的饮用水源的污染与影响已经达到非常恶劣的程度。饮用水的氟污染问题就是其中之一。统计数据指出,世界两亿以上人口的饮用水含超标的氟,并且里面约有8000万中国人。中国目前是世界上饮水型氟中毒污染国家最广泛和最严重的。实施并持续改进水里氟离子含量的测定技术有非常深远的意义。目前,市场上已有的氟检测仪器采用的检测方法单一、自动化程度差,检测结果与专业水质监测站的结果相对偏差较大。已有仪器内部管路系统无法解决交叉污染问题,此类仪器内部大多使用固定的校准曲线,氟电极检测结果受外界温度影响较大,而且仪器不能联网,无法实现远程控制和水质实时预警。本文设计研制了一种高精度氟离子自动在线检测仪器,可以对饮用水中的氟离子含量进行高精度测定。采用以多联体电磁阀为中心的自动进样管路和低漂移降噪隔离放大检测电路,结合计算机拟合技术,实现快速、高精度、重复性好的对饮用水中氟浓度进行测定。为了保证仪器检测有较好的检测精度,本工作设计了交叉污染少、进样精确的以多联体电磁阀为中心的自动进样管路。接着设计了氟离子选择性电极的检测信号处理电路,用于提取检测过程中淹没在噪声中的微弱信号。最后结合计算机基于最小二乘原理的回归分析技术,对氟离子选择性电极的工作曲线进行了温度校正。高精度氟离子自动在线检测仪器通过对实际水样的测定,检测结果具有较高的精度,并且能够消除温度等外界因素对检测结果的影响。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology in the world and the acceleration of the industrialization process, people, while enjoying the enormous financial benefits and the daily convenience provided by the various products owned by factories, have a great deal to do with the living environment around them. The pollution and influence of drinking water, which is very important for human survival, has reached a very bad degree. Fluoride pollution in drinking water is one of them. Statistics show that more than 200 million people in the world's drinking water contain excess fluorine, and there are about 80 million Chinese. China is the most widely and seriously polluted country of drinking water fluorosis in the world. It is of great significance to implement and continuously improve the determination technology of fluorine ion content in water. At present, the fluorine detection instruments used in the market have a single detection method and poor automation, and the results are relatively different from the results of the professional water quality monitoring station. The internal piping system of existing instruments can not solve the problem of cross contamination. Most of these instruments use fixed calibration curves. The results of fluorine electrode detection are greatly affected by external temperature, and the instrument cannot be connected to the network. Remote control and real-time water quality warning cannot be realized. In this paper, a high precision fluorine ion automatic on-line detection instrument is designed and developed, which can be used to determine fluorine ion content in drinking water with high precision. The automatic sampling pipeline and low drift noise reduction isolating and amplifying detection circuit are adopted, and computer fitting technology is used to determine fluoride concentration in drinking water quickly, with high precision and reproducibility. In order to ensure that the instrument has better detection accuracy, this work designed the automatic sampling pipeline with less cross pollution and accurate sampling centered on multi-join solenoid valve. Then, the detection signal processing circuit of fluorine ion selective electrode is designed, which is used to extract the weak signal submerged in noise in the detection process. Finally, the temperature correction of the working curve of fluorine ion selective electrode was carried out by using the regression analysis technique based on the least square principle. The high precision fluorine ion automatic on-line detection instrument through the actual water sample determination, the detection result has the high precision, and can eliminate the temperature and other external factors to the detection result influence.
