基于LabVIEW的高精度多通道温度测量系统

【摘要】:针对现代工业多点温度测量的需求,设计了一款基于LabVIEW的多通道温度测量系统,能够同时实现6通道的温度采集、显示、绘图、状态监测及数据保存。为提高系统测量精度,以各传感器与精密温度计的实测值作为多项式拟合的数据源,运用最小二乘法对传感器进行标定,测量误差显著降低。测试结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,各通道最大测量误差不超过±0.05℃。
[Abstract]:A multi-channel temperature measurement system based on LabVIEW is designed to meet the needs of modern industrial multi-point temperature measurement. It can realize the temperature collection, display, drawing, state monitoring and data saving of six channels at the same time. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the system, the measured values of each sensor and the precision thermometer are used as the data source of polynomial fitting. The least square method is used to calibrate the sensor, and the measurement error is reduced significantly. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the maximum measurement error of each channel is less than 卤0.05 鈩,
