调光膜合膜机的张力控制和轧辊接触的分析研究

【摘要】:随着液晶显示行业的发展,具有特殊性能的电控调光膜在多个领域得到了广泛应用,由高分子分散液晶技术PDLC(Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal)制备而成的电控调光膜成为液晶行业研究的热点。本文在分析调光膜制备工艺以及合膜机的机构工作原理的基础上,对合膜机卷绕系统的张力控制及轧辊的接触问题展开分析,并对合膜机的电气控制系统进行了设计。首先,本文介绍了调光膜的制备过程,对调光膜的典型工艺(如放料,压合,紫外固化等),和其涉及到的相关机械结构进行了分析研究。对各机构进行了总体分析。其次,对合膜机张力系统进行了设计,包括张力控制系统总体方案,发料装置动力学分析,张力系统的控制分析等。分析结果表明,执行机构磁粉制动器的输出转矩与发料卷卷径成线性关系。提出了一种通过调节张力控制器的电磁转矩来控制ITO导电膜的机械装置使得传输系统保持恒定张力,实现对磁粉制动器的制动,调节其电磁转矩来控制ITO导电膜传输保持恒张力的方法。然后,针对压合工艺中出现的压合不匀的状况,对轧辊进行了有限元仿真分析,发现接触区轧辊的最大轴向应力3Pa,接触时橡胶层最大变形0.01mm,切向发生0.3 m的滑动位移。对轧辊模态分析,结果表明其共振频率为1350Hz,与系统工作频率差距较大,有效避免了共振现象。针对薄膜压合后出现的云层以及轧辊弹性橡胶层部分的磨损问题,对轧辊结构进行了优化。最后,对调光膜合膜机的电气控制系统进行了设计,包括主控电路和其他模块的控制电路以及人机界面进行设计。生产结果表面,该合膜机可以实现调光膜的生产基本功能,并且生产出的调光膜具备了通电透明,断电模糊的性能。
[Abstract]:With the development of liquid crystal display industry, electrically controlled dimming films with special properties have been widely used in many fields. The electrically controlled dimming films prepared by Polymer Dispersed liquid Crystal (PDLC) have become the focus of research in liquid crystal industry. Based on the analysis of the preparation process of dimming film and the working principle of the mechanism of the film closing machine, the tension control of the winding system and the contact problem of the roll are analyzed in this paper, and the electrical control system of the film closing machine is designed. Firstly, the preparation process of dimmer film is introduced. The typical process of dimmer film (such as discharge, pressing, UV curing etc.) and the related mechanical structure are analyzed and studied. The overall analysis of each organization is made. Secondly, the tension system of the film machine is designed, including the overall scheme of tension control system, the dynamic analysis of the feeder, the control analysis of the tension system and so on. The results show that the output torque of the actuator magnetic powder brake is linearly related to the coil diameter. A kind of mechanical device which can control the ITO conductive film by adjusting the electromagnetic torque of the tension controller makes the transmission system keep constant tension and realize the braking of the magnetic powder brake. The method of adjusting its electromagnetic torque to control the transmission of ITO conductive film to maintain constant tension. Then, according to the unevenness of compaction process, the finite element simulation analysis of the roller is carried out. It is found that the maximum axial stress of the roller in the contact zone is 3 Pa. the maximum deformation of the rubber layer is 0.01 mm and the sliding displacement is 0.3 m in the tangential direction. The results of modal analysis show that the resonance frequency of the roller is 1350Hz, which is different from the operating frequency of the system, and the resonance phenomenon is avoided effectively. The roll structure was optimized in view of the wear problem of the cloud layer and the elastic rubber layer of the roll after the film was pressed. Finally, the electrical control system of dimmer film closing machine is designed, including the control circuit of main control circuit and other modules, as well as the design of man-machine interface. On the surface of the production result, the dimmer can realize the basic function of dimming film, and the dimmer film has the properties of transparent electrification and blurry power off.
