基于MMIC技术的多通道超宽带射频接收机设计

【摘要】:随着多模复合寻的导引头的发展,超宽带被动微波制导模式越来越多的被应用于各种复合导引头,超宽带射频接收技术是制约其发展的关键技术之一。文章介绍了一种基于MMIC技术的多通道超宽带射频接收机的电气、结构、工艺和电磁兼容的设计方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of multi-mode compound homing seeker, UWB passive microwave guidance mode is more and more used in various kinds of composite seeker. UWB radio frequency receiving technology is one of the key technologies restricting its development. This paper introduces a design method of multi-channel ultra-wideband radio frequency receiver based on MMIC technology.
