装配和制造综合的公差分配优化设计

【摘要】:面对航天产品的公差分配不合理的问题,提出综合考虑装配和制造两层面的公差分配方案。分析研究对象装配尺寸链的组成环情况,在零件制造的工序级别以制造成本-公差函数和质量损失函数为优化目标,以装配公差要求、工序间加工余量和工序的加工能力为约束条件,建立公差分配的多目标优化模型。采用基于Pareto机制的带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法求解公差分配优化模型。以某航天企业电液伺服阀产品中衔铁组件的制造和装配为例,验证了模型的适用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the unreasonable tolerance distribution of spaceflight products, a tolerance distribution scheme considering both assembly and manufacture is proposed. The composition of assembly dimension chain is analyzed. The manufacturing cost tolerance function and mass loss function are taken as the optimization objectives in the process level of parts manufacturing, and the assembly tolerance requirements are taken as the optimization objectives. The multi-objective optimization model of tolerance distribution is established based on the constraints of machining allowance and processing capacity between processes. An undominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy based on Pareto mechanism is used to solve the tolerance allocation optimization model. Taking the manufacture and assembly of the armature assembly in the electro-hydraulic servo valve product of a aerospace enterprise as an example, the applicability and validity of the model are verified.
