基于视频分析的造纸现场监测系统软件设计

【摘要】:随着制造业的不断进步,我国的造纸工业正朝着自动化、高速化的方向发展。基于人工的纸张质量检测方法成本高、效率低、易漏检,无法满足日益增加的生产需求,采用自动化检测设备成为行业发展的必然趋势。然而,由于受实际生产状况以及技术实力的限制,国内造纸工业在纸张质量检测系统的研发上发展缓慢。因此,研发纸张质量检测系统对于提升我国造纸工业的自动化水平有着重要的工程实用价值。针对传统纸张质量检测方法的不足,本论文研发了基于视频分析的造纸现场监测系统软件,利用断纸检测设备和视频采集设备实现断纸检测,并对断纸检测过程中采集到的图像进行分析,实现纸病检测。造纸现场监测系统由视频采集设备、纸张质量检测设备、客户端和服务器组成。服务器接入断纸检测设备、车速设备以及视频采集设备,利用断纸检测设备对断纸故障进行检测触发,通过车速设备获取纸带传送速度,计算出断纸故障出现在各个关联摄像机视野中的时间序列,然后生成告警事件并联动故障视频回看,从而实现对断纸故障的检测和快速定位。进一步地,本论文设计了一种基于图像处理的纸病检测算法,服务器通过对视频图像进行分析,实现对黑斑、孔洞和边缘裂缝的检测。本论文研发的造纸现场监测系统软件经过测试,实现了对断纸故障的准确检测和定位,同时纸病检测算法可实现对三种纸病的正确检测。该系统为纸张质量达标提供了强有力的保证。
[Abstract]:With the development of manufacturing industry, China's paper industry is developing towards automation and high speed. The paper quality testing method based on manual is of high cost, low efficiency, easy to miss inspection, and can not meet the increasing production demand. The adoption of automatic testing equipment has become an inevitable trend of the development of the industry. However, due to the limitation of actual production and technical strength, the development of paper quality inspection system in domestic paper industry is slow. Therefore, the research and development of paper quality inspection system has important engineering practical value for improving the automation level of China's paper industry. Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional paper quality detection method, the paper develops the paper field monitoring system software based on video analysis, and realizes the paper breaking detection by using the paper breaking detection equipment and the video acquisition equipment. The image collected in the process of paper breakage detection is analyzed to realize paper disease detection. The paper-making field monitoring system consists of video acquisition equipment, paper quality testing equipment, client and server. The server is connected to the paper breaking detection equipment, the speed equipment and the video acquisition equipment. The paper breakage detection device is used to detect and trigger the broken paper fault, and the speed of the paper tape transmission is obtained by the speed equipment. The time series of broken paper fault in the field of vision of each associated camera are calculated, and then alarm events are generated and the video of the linkage fault is viewed back, so as to realize the detection and fast location of the broken paper fault. Furthermore, this paper designs a paper disease detection algorithm based on image processing. The server realizes the detection of black spots, holes and edge cracks by analyzing the video images. The software of the paper making field monitoring system developed in this paper has been tested to realize the accurate detection and location of the broken paper fault. At the same time, the paper disease detection algorithm can realize the correct detection of the three kinds of paper diseases. The system provides a strong guarantee for the quality of paper.
