虚拟仿真被控对象在PLC实践教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:虚拟仿真被控对象基于Web3D、数学建模及通信接口技术实现,可分为全虚拟仿真被控对象和半实物仿真被控对象两类。前者通过S7-ProSim接口与仿真PLC相连,构建控制系统;后者基于硬件通信板卡连接至真实控制系统。两类对象的应用可有效解决PLC实践教学中设备昂贵、场地有限、设备维护成本高等问题,完善控制系统设计环节,促进教学标准化、工程化,同时满足实验室开放及学生创新的需求。
[Abstract]:Virtual simulation controlled object is based on Web3D, mathematical modeling and communication interface technology. It can be divided into two types: full virtual simulation controlled object and hardware-in-the-loop simulation controlled object. The former is connected with the simulation PLC through the S7-ProSim interface, and the latter is connected to the real control system based on the hardware communication board. The application of the two kinds of objects can effectively solve the problems of expensive equipment, limited space and high maintenance cost in PLC practical teaching, perfect the design of control system, promote the standardization and engineering of teaching, etc. At the same time to meet the laboratory opening and students innovation needs.
