基于ARM和LabVIEW的高频电磁涡流检测系统集成设计

【摘要】:随着碳纤维复合材料在航空航天领域的需求越来越大,迫切需要对碳纤维复合材料进行及时的损伤检测,避免由于结构损伤带来的重大安全隐患。碳纤维复合材料的损伤检测方法有很多,而电涡流检测法作为常见的无损检测方法因为其结构简单、非接触、不需要耦合剂等特点得到广泛的使用,并且由于碳纤维复合材料本身由导电的碳纤维和绝缘的基体材料组成而呈现弱导电性,使得碳纤维复合材料的电涡流检测成为可能。本文主要使用电涡流检测法对碳纤维复合材料进行损伤检测。为了满足不同场合对激励信号频率的不同需求,本文设计研制了一套高频电磁涡流检测系统,其检测频率可以高达10MHz,频率可以任意调节,系统集成度高,体积小,使用简单方便。本文主要研究内容有:第一,根据提出的整体方案对高频电磁涡流检测系统进行了硬件电路设计,包含了电源模块、激励信号处理模块、自动平衡模块、锁相放大模块、STM32核心模块、正弦信号发生模块、数据采集模块、自动平衡控制模块以及USB通信模块。第二,对高频电磁涡流检测系统进行了软件设计,主要包含上位机软件和下位机软件,上位机实现的主要功能为控制下位机工作以及检测的过程,而下位机实现的主要功能为接收上位机的命令执行不同的操作。第三,对高频电磁涡流检测系统进行实验验证,用制作的高频电磁涡流检测系统对碳纤维复合材料的常见损伤进行了检测,包括裂纹、冲击以及分层等,证明了系统的可行性以及实用性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of carbon fiber composites in the field of aerospace, it is urgent to detect the damage of carbon fiber composites in time to avoid the major safety risks caused by structural damage. There are many damage detection methods for carbon fiber composites, and eddy current testing is widely used as a common nondestructive testing method because of its simple structure, non-contact, no need of coupling agent and so on. Because the carbon fiber composite is composed of conductive carbon fiber and insulating matrix material, it is possible to detect the eddy current of carbon fiber composite. In this paper, Eddy current testing method is used to detect the damage of carbon fiber composites. In order to meet the different demands of excitation signal frequency in different situations, a high frequency electromagnetic eddy current detection system is designed and developed. The frequency can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the system is of high integration and small volume. Easy to use. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the hardware circuit of the high frequency electromagnetic eddy current detection system is designed according to the overall scheme, including power supply module, excitation signal processing module, automatic balance module, phase-locked amplifier module. STM32 core module, sinusoidal signal generation module, data acquisition module, automatic balance control module and USB communication module. Secondly, the software design of the high frequency electromagnetic eddy current detection system is carried out, which mainly includes the upper computer software and the lower computer software. The main function of the upper computer is to control the work of the lower computer and the process of detection. The main function of the lower computer is to receive the commands of the upper computer to perform different operations. Thirdly, the high frequency electromagnetic eddy current testing system is used to test the common damage of carbon fiber composites, including crack, impact and delamination. The feasibility and practicability of the system are proved.
