基于微信公众平台的生物质锅炉监控系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:Boiler is a kind of special equipment which is widely used in production and life. Therefore, it is very important to monitor boiler running state effectively. As a new type of boiler, biomass boiler has been paid more and more attention, but the lack of research on its monitoring system still restricts its popularization. The increase of mobile terminals, the development of mobile technology and the need of office mobility greatly promote the application of mobile network in boiler monitoring. There are more or less deficiencies in the existing mobile monitoring modes in the aspects of function realization, user experience, data expression ability, cross-platform and so on, which can not meet the needs of users and manufacturers to participate in boiler monitoring. The need for information interaction. Based on the above background, on the basis of comparing the common monitoring modes, combining the advantages of WeChat public platform and the characteristics of biomass boiler, this paper puts forward a monitoring system of biomass boiler based on WeChat public platform. The system has the characteristics of terminal monitoring, user participation and manufacturer support. The main work is as follows: (1) the technical requirements of the biomass boiler monitoring system are analyzed and the overall design of the biomass boiler monitoring system is given. The monitoring system of biomass boiler mainly includes six parts: monitoring terminal, wireless communication, third party platform, WeChat public number server, client, manufacturer service center. (2) according to the detailed technical requirements of boiler monitoring terminal, The monitoring terminal of biomass boiler with high cost-performance ratio is designed. The monitoring terminal of biomass boiler takes MSP430F149 chip as the core, collects the information of steam pressure, steam temperature and drum water level, and controls water pump, solenoid valve, blower and other actuators. Through the reasonable design of software and hardware, the cost of monitoring terminal equipment is reduced under the premise of ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system. (3) the design of online monitoring system based on WeChat public platform and PaaS is proposed. Using the characteristics of WeChat public platform, such as wide market coverage, real-time communication, diverse media forms and cross-platform, users can obtain boiler operation parameters, alarm information, rich chart display, historical records, etc. Get a whole new experience; So that manufacturers can monitor the management of the boiler, online promotion of sales products for users to provide technical support. Using the virtualization of Sina cloud platform, it has the characteristics of strong scalability, low cost, strong reliability and so on. It greatly shortens the development process, facilitates business expansion, reduces initial cost, avoids cumbersome problems such as hardware upgrade, maintenance and so on. Improve the competitiveness of the product. (4) the boiler monitoring terminal and some functional tests are carried out on the laboratory platform. The boiler monitoring WeChat public number is programmed and realized. Based on the data of the monitoring terminal of the laboratory platform, the main functions of the boiler monitoring WeChat public number are verified.
