水蓄冷空调蓄水池温度场监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:水蓄冷空调可以缓解夏季用电高峰时期的供电压力,且其夜间蓄冷、白天放冷的运行方式也可以带来良好的节能效果。当前的水蓄冷空调系统多采用温差分层型的蓄冷方式,通过水池顶部和底部的布水器布水,将温度较低、密度较大的冷冻水(约4℃)和温度较高、密度较小的冷回水(约12℃)分别储存于水池下部和上部,并形成水温介于两者之间的斜温层。界限明确、状态稳定的斜温层可以防止冷、温水的混合,提高蓄冷效率,而斜温层的形成与保持则主要取决于蓄冷水池内布水器的设计。因此,在水蓄冷空调系统投入运行后,需要对蓄水池内的温度分层状态进行监测,以便及时发现布水器存在的问题并改进其性能,取得更好的节能效果。本文设计并实现了一种蓄冷水池温度场三维监测系统。系统以DS18B20作为温度检测元件,并使用ARM模块对温度数据进行采集。通过在大、小两个蓄冷水池内均匀布置共25路、总数为200个的DS18B20温度传感器,实现阵列式多点测温的目的,并在水池内形成多个平行的测温平面。配合编写的温度采集程序,将温度数据经串口转以太网模块通过网络传递给远程计算机。在上位机软件设计中,基于双三次样条插值算法,利用各测温平面上已知测温点作为插值采样点来计算测温平面上其他位置的温度估计值,并对这些温度/插值数据进行可视化处理,生成温度分布的热点图。最终配合由Delphi编写的图形用户界面,实现了对蓄水池温度场分布状况的实时监测、历史温度数据查询等功能。此外,以一种微处理器接口驱动电路为基础,经在实验室进行的传感器模拟进水故障测试与分析,设计了一种微控制器接口电路,该接口电路在提高ARM接口驱动能力、解决与DS18B20远距离通信问题的基础上,还可以有效预防因传感器防水探头内渗水受潮后出现故障、导致系统采集不到准确温度信息的情况。目前系统已经部署完成,投入实际运行,并对水池的布水器进行了实时监测,当前系统的传感器和布水器均运行正常。根据现场对于蓄水池空间全方位的温度监测以及在实验室内对DS18B20的模拟故障修正测试,相信本系统会在今后的运行中发挥其作用。
