基于模糊自适应PID控制的矿热炉电极调节系统设计

【摘要】:矿热炉系统是一个非线性、强耦合、多变量的复杂系统。该文针对矿热炉电极控制这个随机干扰十分严重的非线性时变系统,设计了模糊自适应PID控制器。给出了Matlab仿真框图及阶跃响应的仿真曲线。试验结果表明,该控制器可以有效地调节电极的升降,将电弧的弧长控制在期望值,系统响应快、抗干扰能力强,可以有效地降低矿热炉的能耗。
[Abstract]:The thermal furnace system is a nonlinear, strongly coupled, multivariable complex system. In this paper, a fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed for a nonlinear time-varying system with severe stochastic disturbance. The block diagram of Matlab simulation and the simulation curve of step response are given. The experimental results show that the controller can effectively adjust the rise and fall of the electrode, control the arc length to the expected value, the system response is fast, the anti-interference ability is strong, and the energy consumption of the furnace can be reduced effectively.
