中外机器人技术路线图文本评价比较研究

【摘要】:综合采用层次分析和模糊评价法,构建了技术路线图文本评价层次,以《中国制造2025机器人战略技术路线图》、《美国机器人路线图》、《欧盟机器人2020路线图》和《日本机器人新战略》为研究对象,从制作团队、文本设计、技术水平和政策改革4个维度开展了中外机器人制造技术路线图文本设计评价。研究发现:在制作团队、文本设计和技术水平质量上呈现出"欧盟美国≥日本中国"的趋势,而在政策改革质量上则为"日本中国美国和欧盟"的趋势。基于此,提出了完善和优化中国机器人技术路线图的启示。
[Abstract]:Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, the text evaluation level of the technical route map is constructed, which is based on the Strategic Roadmap of 2025 Robots made in China and the Roadmap of American Robots. The Roadmap 2020 of European Union and the New Strategy of Japanese Robotics were studied. The text design evaluation of Chinese and foreign robot manufacturing technology route map was carried out from the aspects of production team, text design, technical level and policy reform.
