多总线数据记录与回放系统研究与设计

【摘要】:随着电子技术的迅速发展,总线技术的不断扩充,嵌入式系统中的总线呈现出类型增多,传输速度增快,传输数据量增大等特点,且同一系统中出现多种类型总线共同工作的情况变得越来越常见。系统的复杂度越来越高,使得系统研发中对总线数据的记录分析成了必不可少的步骤。做好系统总线数据的记录分析,对系统调试、故障诊断、故障定位、缩短维修时间等具有重要意义。总线数据的复杂性,加之系统运行时故障的不定性,使得系统中同一故障的出现频率降低,如果等这些故障重现,可能需要较长的时间,这样势必增加了故障排除的时间。如果用数据记录仪替代出现故障的节点,将已记录数据回放到系统中,可增大同一故障出现的几率,实现故障的快速定位,缩短系统的开发周期。因此,解决已记录数据的回放也是总线数据记录系统的一个关键技术。论文针对总线数据的记录与回放,研究设计了一种多处理器并行采集存储多总线数据的数据记录与回放系统,该系统支持RS485总线、CAN总线和以太网总线的单独记录或组合记录,解决了当前总线数据记录系统因为速度慢造成的丢帧等问题,尤其针对多总线数据记录,提高了数据记录系统的整体速度。论文提出的多总线数据记录与回放系统的设计方案,具有容量扩展简单,成本低,开发周期短,可靠性高等特点,为多总线系统数据记录提供了一种新思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic technology and the continuous expansion of bus technology, the bus in embedded system presents the characteristics of increasing types, increasing transmission speed, increasing data volume, etc. And it is becoming more and more common that multiple types of buses work together in the same system. The complexity of the system is becoming more and more high, which makes the recording and analysis of bus data become an essential step in system research and development. It is of great significance for system debugging, fault diagnosis, fault location and shortening maintenance time to record and analyze the system bus data. The complexity of bus data, coupled with the uncertainty of the system running fault, reduces the frequency of the same fault in the system. If these faults recur, it may take a long time, which is bound to increase the time of troubleshooting. If the node with fault is replaced by data recorder, the recorded data can be played back into the system, the probability of the same fault can be increased, the fault can be located quickly, and the development period of the system can be shortened. Therefore, to resolve the playback of recorded data is also a key technology of bus data recording system. Aiming at the recording and playback of bus data, a multi-processor data recording and playback system for parallel acquisition and storage of multi-bus data is designed in this paper. The system supports RS485 bus, CAN bus and Ethernet bus recording or combination recording separately. The problem of losing frames caused by the slow speed of the current bus data recording system is solved, especially for the multi-bus data recording, and the overall speed of the data recording system is improved. The design scheme of multi-bus data recording and playback system presented in this paper has the characteristics of simple capacity expansion, low cost, short development period and high reliability. It provides a new way for data recording in multi-bus system.
