便携式农业小气候数据采集系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着近年来国内农业现代化进程的迅猛发展,迫切需要一种适用于低成本、低功耗、广泛普及、性能稳定且操作简易的农业小气候数据采集系统,提高人们对小气候参数变化与农作物生长之间关系的认识。而我国在相关方面的研究起步较晚,市场上相关的产品普遍存在功能不够全面、成本高、功耗大、操作专业化、传感器通用和扩充能力差等问题。集中而有力的解决以上问题,便是开发此款便携式农业小气候数据采集系统的目的所在。在对相关领域的文献及现有研究成果进行研究与分析之后,本文首先明确了此次研究的目标、内容及采用的技术路线,即在安卓手机的基础上结合物联网技术、蓝牙技术、传感器技术、信息采集技术等,实现一套低成本、低功耗、现场操作简易且人性化的便携式农业小气候数据采集系统;其次本文对安卓平台、蓝牙和传感器等相关技术进行研究和阐述,并通过自主研发的传感器配合节能技术的灵活运用大大地解决了市场上现有产品成本高、功耗大的问题;再次研究并设计了系统硬件电路,这些硬件主要由各类传感器、MCU、串口电路、电源电路、系统电源检测电路、节能电路设计、外接端口设计、保护电路等部件组成,并对传感器的参数及特性进行了详细介绍;最后对系统的软件及所用到的协议帧进行设计与完善,其中系统软件部分主要包括数据采集终端软件与手机端APP的设计与开发。通信协议方面的工作包括协议格式的制定及各个相关指令的设计。该系统已在贵州茶田投入使用,结果显示,该系统性能稳定,功耗小,成本低,操作简单,易于扩展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of agricultural modernization in recent years, there is an urgent need for a kind of agricultural microclimate data acquisition system, which is suitable for low cost, low power consumption, wide popularization, stable performance and easy operation. To improve the understanding of the relationship between microclimate parameters and crop growth. However, the related research in our country started relatively late, and the related products in the market generally have some problems, such as insufficient comprehensive function, high cost, large power consumption, specialized operation, poor general-purpose and expansion ability of sensors, and so on. The purpose of this portable agricultural microclimate data acquisition system is to solve these problems centrally and powerfully. After researching and analyzing the related literature and existing research results, this paper first defines the goal, content and technical route of this research, that is, combining with Internet of things technology, Bluetooth technology on the basis of Android mobile phone. Sensor technology, information acquisition technology and so on, to achieve a set of low-cost, low-power, easy to operate and humanized portable agricultural microclimate data acquisition system; Secondly, this paper studies the Android platform, Bluetooth, sensors and other related technologies, and through the self-developed sensors with the flexible use of energy-saving technology to solve the problem of high cost and high power consumption of the existing products in the market. The hardware circuit of the system is studied and designed again. These hardware is mainly composed of various sensors, MCU, serial port circuit, power supply circuit, system power source detection circuit, energy saving circuit design, external port design, protection circuit and so on. The parameters and characteristics of the sensor are introduced in detail. Finally, the software of the system and the protocol frame used in the system are designed and perfected. The software of the system mainly includes the design and development of the data acquisition terminal software and the mobile phone terminal APP. The communication protocol includes the formulation of protocol format and the design of related instructions. The system has been put into use in Guizhou tea field. The results show that the system is stable in performance, low in power consumption, low in cost, simple in operation and easy to expand.
