基于碳基导电胶的柔性压力传感器的设计与性能评价

【摘要】:本文基于碳基导电胶,设计了两种圆柱形压阻式柔性压力传感器,并对其性能进行了测试分析.结果表明,具有中空结构且内径为1 cm的传感器具有优良的弹性和灵敏的传感性能,耐用性良好且测量压力范围较大,具有广泛的应用前景.
[Abstract]:In this paper, two kinds of cylindrical piezoresistive pressure sensors are designed based on carbon-based conductive adhesive, and their performance is tested and analyzed. The results show that the sensor with the hollow structure and the inner diameter of 1 cm has excellent elasticity and sensitive sensing performance, the durability is good, the measuring pressure range is large, and the sensor has wide application prospect.
