基于PLC的全自动码坯机控制系统设计

【摘要】:在人力成本不断上升和劳动力短缺的现今社会,随着科技的不断进步,各生产企业也在逐步改善员工工作环境、提高企业的科技含量。人们对自己周围的工作环境或者所从事的工作也有着更高的要求,正在逐步的由较繁重的体力劳动向较轻的体力劳动或者脑力劳动转变,企业的人力成本也在逐步上升。目前,许多制砖厂采用人工码坯方式,生产效率低,砖坯码放及排列不均匀,最终影响烧焙质量,产品合格率低。这些外在因素促使砖厂不断增加砖厂生产线设备的投入,改善员工工作环境,降低人工成本,提高砖瓦生产质量,全自动码坯机成为新一代制砖设备中不可或缺的产品。全自动码坯机不仅包含机械部分,也包含了电气、液压和气动部分,是一个典型的机电液气一体化的产品。本文在介绍全自动码坯机工作原理基础上,对行走机构、升降机构、码坯机械手进行了方案设计,通过相互比较选择优化的设计方案。全自动码坯机控制系统采用模块化设计,由PLC控制,保证了系统的稳定性、安全性和可靠性。控制系统主要由触摸屏、西门子PLC控制系统和执行机构等组成。采用触摸屏式的人机交互设备,界面友好,样式新颖,使操作更直观更简单。进行了现场运行与调试,各部分运行平稳流畅,达到了预期目标,确定了整个设计的合理性。该控制系统可以提高生产效率,使码坯精度大大提高,降低工人劳动强度,降低劳动成本,为企业带来较大的经济效益,同时加快砖瓦机械装备自动化发展步伐。
[Abstract]:In the society of rising manpower cost and shortage of labor force, with the development of science and technology, various production enterprises are gradually improving the working environment of employees and increasing the scientific and technological content of enterprises. People also have higher requirements for the working environment around themselves or the work they are engaged in. They are gradually changing from heavy manual work to lighter manual or mental labor, and the human cost of enterprises is also gradually increasing. At present, many brick-making plants adopt artificial code billet mode, the production efficiency is low, the layout and arrangement of brick billet are not uniform, and ultimately affect the roasting quality, and the qualified rate of products is low. These external factors promote the brick factory to increase the input of the production line equipment, improve the working environment of the staff, reduce the labor cost and improve the quality of the brick and tile production. The automatic billet machine has become an indispensable product in the new generation of brick making equipment. Automatic billet machine not only contains mechanical parts, but also includes electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic parts. It is a typical mechatronic liquid-gas integration product. On the basis of introducing the working principle of full-automatic coding machine, the scheme design of walking mechanism, lifting mechanism and blank manipulator is carried out, and the optimized design scheme is selected by comparing with each other. The control system of automatic code machine is designed by modularization and controlled by PLC, which ensures the stability, safety and reliability of the system. The control system is mainly composed of touch screen, Siemens PLC control system and actuator. Touch screen type of human-computer interaction device, user-friendly, novel style, making the operation more intuitive and simple. The field operation and debugging are carried out, the operation of each part is smooth and smooth, the expected goal is achieved, and the rationality of the whole design is determined. The control system can improve the production efficiency, improve the precision of blank greatly, reduce the labor intensity of workers, reduce the labor cost, bring great economic benefits to enterprises, and speed up the development of automation of brick and tile machinery and equipment at the same time.
