不同市场化程度下我国农地资源保护绩效实证分析

【摘要】：立足于我国农地资源保护经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的统一,构建农地保护绩效评价指标体系,基于我国1992-2012年的时间序列数据和省域截面数据,采用因子分析法对我国不同地区的市场化程度,以及我国不同阶段市场机制发育程度下的农地资源保护绩效进行验证。实证分析表明,农地资源保护效率与市场化程度高度正相关。推进社会主义市场经济体制改革,在政府宏观调控下发挥土地市场机制是农地资源绩效得以保证的关键。
[Abstract]:Based on the unity of economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit of farmland conservation in China, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of farmland protection performance, based on the time series data and provincial cross-section data from 1992 to 2012 in China. Factor analysis is used to verify the degree of marketization in different regions of China and the performance of farmland resources protection in different stages of market mechanism development. The efficiency of farmland resources protection is closely related to the degree of marketization. The key to guarantee the performance of agricultural land resources is to promote the reform of socialist market economic system and to exert the land market mechanism under the government's macro-control.
