引汉济渭受水区水资源配置及其生态环境影响研究

【摘要】:渭河流域关中地区是陕西经济社会的中心,目前,面临着由于水资源短缺造成的水资源供需矛盾,水污染、防洪等生态环境问题,严重制约了地区可持续发展。引汉济渭调水工程是为了解决渭河流域关中地区水资源短缺及其生态环境问题而修建的,受水区调水后面临着调水量与受水区当地水源联合配置的过程,水资源如何分配对受水区来说具有重要意义。调水后受水区生态环境状况也会随之改变,选取水资源相关指标评价不同水平年的生态环境变化。传统的水资源配置方式计算量大,无法适时调整与修改,针对这一问题,建立引汉济渭水资源配置仿真系统,对水资源配置过程进行模拟。论文的主要研究成果如下:(1)对渭河流域关中地区水资源与生态环境状况分析。在渭河流域关中地区水资源状况及现状水资源开发利用状况的基础上,分析现状水资源利用中存在的问题。根据关中地区水资源相关数据,分析关中地区所面临的生态环境问题,包括水资源短缺,地下水超采,水质恶化,洪水危害严峻等,并分析了解决目前水资源与生态环境问题的方法。(2)受水区供需平衡分析及水资源联合配置。以现状年经济社会与水资源利用状况为基础,预测引汉济渭工程规划水平年受水对象的水资源需水量以及可供水量,进行供需平衡计算,分析规划水平年在未采取调水措施的情况下,水资源供需平衡状况。对于引汉济渭调水后的水资源配置,根据设定的配置规则,采取调水与当地水联合长系列供需平衡的计算方式,确定引汉济渭工程调水量的配置方式,并分析配置后的供需平衡状况。(3)调水后对受水区生态环境的影响评价。分析不同水平年受水区社会、经济及生态状况,选取生态环境影响评价指标,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用模糊综合评价法对现状年以及规划年的生态环境状况进行评价,分析其调水前后的生态环境状况,以此分析引汉济渭调水工程对受水区的生态环境产生的影响。(4)引汉济渭水资源配置仿真系统构建。基于综合集成平台,运用组件、知识图等技术,搭建仿真系统。通过仿真系统的应用,分析传统的水资源配置方式与仿真系统配置的优缺点。
[Abstract]:Guanzhong area of Weihe basin is the center of economy and society in Shaanxi, at present, facing due to the shortage of water resources contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, water pollution, flood control and other environmental problems, seriously restrict the sustainable development in the region. Hanjiang to Weihe River water diversion project is to solve the shortage of water resources in Guanzhong area of Weihe basin and its ecological and environmental problems the construction of the water diversion facing water diverting area and local water joint allocation process, how to allocate water resources is of great significance to the receiving water. By the ecological environment of the water after water diversion will change the ecological environment, select the relevant indicators of water resources assessment in different levels changes in allocation of water. The traditional calculation, to adjust and modify, in order to solve this problem, the establishment of lead Han Ji Wei system simulation of the allocation of resources, the water resources allocation process model The main achievements of this thesis are as follows: (1) analysis of water resources and ecological environment in Guanzhong area of Weihe basin. The water resources in Guanzhong area of Weihe basin and the present situation of the development and utilization of water resources on the basis of analysis of the existing problems in the utilization of water resources. Water resources in Guanzhong area according to the relevant data, analysis the ecological environment problems in Guanzhong area, including water resource shortage, groundwater overexploitation, water quality deterioration, serious flood hazards, and analyzed to solve the problems of water resources and ecological environment. (2) by the method of water supply and demand balance analysis of water resources and joint configuration. To analyze the status of economic and social status and use of water resource based prediction of Hanjiang to Weihe River project planning level year by water object water resources need of water and water supply, supply and demand balance calculation and analysis in the planning level years did not take the water diversion measures. Under the conditions of equilibrium of supply and demand of water resources. Water resources allocation for the Hanjiang River to the Weihe River after water diversion, according to a set of configuration rules, take the calculation of the equilibrium of supply and demand of water and local water combined with long series, determine the configuration of the Hanjiang River to the Weihe River water diversion project, and analyzes the state of equilibrium of supply and demand allocation. (3) evaluation of the affected area of the ecological environment of the water. After the analysis of different level years receiving social, economic and ecological conditions, selection of ecological impact assessment index, by using AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the current situation and planning of the ecological environment and its analysis adjust the ecological environment before and after water, in order to analyze the influence of lead Han Ji Wei water diversion project on ecological environment by water. (4) Han Ji Wei construction system simulation of the allocation of resources. The integrated platform based on the use of components Through the application of the simulation system, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional configuration of water resources and the configuration of the simulation system are analyzed by the application of the simulation system.
