武汉市水体旅游资源开发与保护机制研究

【摘要】：水体作为一种自然资源,是一种极具商业开发价值的旅游资源,对其进行开发保护是旅游业发展的客观要求。在社会对资源环境问题的普遍性关注的大背景下,本研究以武汉市18个重点水体旅游资源单体为研究对象,试图从机制体制层面来分析武汉市水体旅游资源开发保护的相关问题。本研究以系统理论、可持续发展理论、博弈理论、利益相关者理论等作为理论支撑,通过文献分析的方法查阅国内外有关水体旅游资源的研究现状,了解这一领域的国内外学术动态；通过定量分析的方法对武汉市的重点水体旅游资源进行评价,分析得出武汉市水体旅游资源开发条件好；通过现场调研等方法获得第一手的资料和数据,分析总结武汉市水体旅游开发存在的相关问题；再通过建立博弈模型分析这些问题产生的制度根源。最后,在博弈分析的基础上构建了武汉市水体旅游资源开发保护的利益协调机制。在博弈分析的基础上,从开发与保护的利益协调机制对武汉市的水体旅游资源进行研究,丰富了水体旅游的理论研究、为武汉市水体旅游发展提供了理论借鉴。对于今后水体旅游业的发展具有一定的现实指导意义,同时对其他区域的水体旅游业发展有一定的借鉴意义。本研究的创新性主要体现在其选题、研究方法、研究范围等方面。选题上,试图从开发与保护的机制层面去分析武汉市水体旅游业发展的相关问题；从研究方法上,通过引进博弈模型,分析水体旅游业发展的各利益相关者之间矛盾,进而构建利益协调机制来解决相关问题；研究范围上,本文按照一定的衡量标准选取了18个重点水体旅游资源单体进行深入研究,试图从宏观层面去分析武汉市水体旅游发展的相关状况,也呼吁各界学者重视武汉市水体旅游的相关问题。
[Abstract]:As a kind of natural resources, water body is a kind of tourist resources with commercial exploitation value. It is an objective requirement of tourism development to develop and protect water body.Under the background of the general concern of the society on the problem of resources and environment, this study takes 18 important water bodies of Wuhan as the research object.This paper attempts to analyze the problems related to the development and protection of water tourism resources in Wuhan from the mechanism and system level.Based on system theory, sustainable development theory, game theory, stakeholder theory and so on, the research status of water tourism resources at home and abroad is consulted through literature analysis.Through quantitative analysis to evaluate the tourism resources of the key water bodies in Wuhan, it is concluded that the development conditions of the tourism resources of water bodies in Wuhan City are good.Through field investigation and other methods to obtain first-hand information and data, analysis and summary of Wuhan water tourism development related problems, and then through the establishment of game model to analyze the system root of these problems.Finally, on the basis of game analysis, the benefit coordination mechanism of water tourism resources development and protection in Wuhan is constructed.On the basis of game analysis, this paper studies the tourism resources of water body in Wuhan from the benefit coordination mechanism of exploitation and protection, which enriches the theoretical study of water tourism and provides a theoretical reference for the development of water tourism in Wuhan.It has some practical significance for the development of water tourism in the future, and also has certain reference significance for the development of water tourism in other regions.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in its topics, research methods, research scope and so on.The thesis tries to analyze the problems related to the development of water tourism in Wuhan from the mechanism of development and protection, and analyzes the contradictions among the stakeholders in the development of water tourism through the introduction of game model.And then construct the interest coordination mechanism to solve the related problems; in the scope of the study, this paper selects 18 key water body tourism resources monomer for in-depth study according to a certain measurement standard.This paper attempts to analyze the development of water tourism in Wuhan from the macro level, and appeals to scholars from all walks of life to pay attention to the related problems of water tourism in Wuhan.
