兰州城市化进程中的土地资源“尾效”研究

【摘要】:城市化是乡村演化为城市的一种复杂过程,是一个国家或者一个地区的经济发展产物。2012年8月兰州新区被国务院审批成为第五个国家级新区,其聚集人口的能力和辐射带动能力也不断增强。2011年底兰州市城市化水平高至77.34%,远远高于我国城市化发展平均水平。在兰州城市化进程推进中,兰州市的特殊地理位置因素将加大兰州城市资源的利用效率和城市发展之间矛盾。因此,城市化的推进将加大兰州市土地容量的饱和,土地资源的不变性对兰州今后的城市化建设产生较大约束。因此,研究兰州城市化进程中的土地资源“尾效”问题具有重要意义。 本文第一章是绪论,介绍了选题的背景和意义,然后提出了本文的研究方法、研究思路、主要内容和创新点。第二章对国内外学者关于土地资源约束的研究进行综合叙述,根据已有的研究显示,西部地区上地资源对城市化进程的阻力研究,既缺乏现状分析,也缺乏实证检验。第三章界定了本文涉及的相关概念,论述了经济增长理论中的土地资源观点,并根据现实情况出发,叙述了城市化发展与土地资源间的关系。第四章根据已有学者的相关研究,建立了经济增长中土地资源“尾效”和城市化经济增长理论模型,得出城市化进程中土地资源“尾效”关系式。第五章将根据建立的理论模型,结合兰州2000-2011年的相关数据,对兰州城市化进程中土地资源“尾效”模型进行实证,得出兰州城市化进程中土地资源“尾效”数值,并对该结果进行对比分析。第六章将根据实证结果和兰州城市化建设现状,为推进兰州市今后的城市化发展提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a complex process in which the countryside evolves into a city. It is the product of the economic development of a country or a region. In August 2012, Lanzhou New District was approved by the State Council to become the fifth state-level new district.At the end of 2011, the urbanization level of Lanzhou City reached 77.34, which is far higher than the average level of urbanization development in China.In the process of urbanization in Lanzhou, the special geographical location of Lanzhou will increase the contradiction between the utilization efficiency of urban resources and the urban development in Lanzhou.Therefore, the advance of urbanization will increase the saturation of land capacity in Lanzhou, and the invariance of land resources will restrict Lanzhou's urbanization construction in the future.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the "tail effect" of land resources in the process of urbanization in Lanzhou.The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the topic, and then puts forward the research methods, research ideas, main contents and innovative points.In the second chapter, the author gives a comprehensive description of the research on land resource constraints in China and abroad. According to the existing studies, the research on the resistance of land resources in the western region to the urbanization process is not only lack of current situation analysis, but also lack of empirical test.The third chapter defines the related concepts involved in this paper, discusses the viewpoint of land resources in the theory of economic growth, and according to the actual situation, describes the relationship between urbanization and land resources.In the fourth chapter, according to the relevant research of the scholars, the author establishes the "tail effect" of land resources and the theoretical model of economic growth of urbanization, and obtains the "tail effect" relationship of land resources in the process of urbanization.In the fifth chapter, according to the established theoretical model and the relevant data of Lanzhou from 2000 to 2011, the "tail effect" model of land resources in the process of urbanization in Lanzhou is demonstrated, and the "tail effect" of land resources in the process of urbanization in Lanzhou is obtained.The results are compared and analyzed.Based on the empirical results and the present situation of urbanization construction in Lanzhou, the sixth chapter puts forward some suggestions for promoting the urbanization development in Lanzhou City in the future.
