吉林省新型城镇化对农业土地资源的影响研究

【摘要】：党的十八大报告中指出，要走新型城镇化发展道路。改革开放以来，吉林省城镇化发展较快。然而在新型城镇化进程中，仍然存在着城乡经济发展不平衡、区域间城镇化发展不协调以及城镇化进程导致农业土地资源紧张等诸多问题。为了破解以上这些问题，必须协调新型城镇化发展与农业土地资源利用之间的关系。而协调这两者之间的关系，就必须首先研究新型城镇化对农业土地资源的影响。本文首先对国内外研究进行了综述,还界定了与新型城镇化问题联系紧密的几个关键概念，为构建评价指标体系奠定了理论基础；还对相关的分析方法进行了阐述，为基于层次分析法的吉林省新型城镇化水平测度分析、基于回归分析方法的吉林省新型城镇化水平对农业土地资源影响的实证分析提供了理论依据。其次，为了测度分析吉林省新型城镇化水平，先是在传统城镇化水平评价指标体系基础上，摒弃其局限性，加入反应新型城镇化内涵要求的准则及评价指标，构建了一套新型城镇化水平评价指标体系；再是基于层次分析法进行测度分析，并且对比较具有代表性的地区，进行了驱动因子分析或阻碍因子分析，，得出影响吉林省各主要地区新型城镇化水平的主要因素。然后，为了分析吉林省新型城镇化水平对农业土地资源影响，先是定性分析吉林省新型城镇化水平对农业土地资源影响，为定量分析提供理论依据；再是基于多元线性回归方法定量分析吉林省新型城镇化水平对农业土地资源影响。最后，对全文的结论进行总结，并提出科学可行的对策建议。结论包括吉林省新型城镇化水平测度分析、吉林省新型城镇化水平对农业土地资源影响两个方面；再是根据得出的这两方面的结论，提出了关于吉林省新型城镇化发展战略以及新型城镇化进程中农业土地资源集约利用的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The report of the party's 18-year Congress points out that we should take the new road of urbanization. Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization of Jilin Province has developed faster. However, in the process of new urbanization, there are still many problems, such as the imbalance of economic development between urban and rural areas, the uncoordinated development of urbanization among regions and the shortage of agricultural land resources caused by the process of urbanization. In order to solve these problems, we must coordinate the relationship between the development of new urbanization and the utilization of agricultural land resources. To coordinate the relationship between the two, we must first study the impact of new urbanization on agricultural land resources. This paper firstly summarizes the research at home and abroad, and defines several key concepts which are closely related to the new urbanization problem, which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of evaluation index system, and also expounds the relevant analysis methods. It provides a theoretical basis for the empirical analysis of the impact of the new urbanization level on agricultural land resources in Jilin Province based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the regression analysis method. Secondly, in order to measure and analyze the level of new urbanization in Jilin Province, firstly, on the basis of the traditional evaluation index system of urbanization level, we abandon its limitations and add the criteria and evaluation indicators that reflect the connotation requirements of new urbanization. A new evaluation index system of urbanization level is constructed, and then based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), driving factor analysis or hindrance factor analysis are carried out for representative areas. The main factors influencing the level of new urbanization in Jilin Province are obtained. Then, in order to analyze the impact of new urbanization level on agricultural land resources in Jilin Province, first qualitative analysis of the impact of new urbanization level on agricultural land resources in Jilin Province, to provide a theoretical basis for quantitative analysis; Based on the multiple linear regression method, the impact of new urbanization level on agricultural land resources in Jilin Province is analyzed quantitatively. Finally, the conclusion of the full text is summarized, and scientific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The conclusions include the measurement and analysis of the new urbanization level in Jilin Province, the impact of the new urbanization level on the agricultural land resources in Jilin Province, and the conclusions obtained from these two aspects. The development strategy of new urbanization in Jilin Province and the countermeasures and suggestions on intensive utilization of agricultural land resources in the process of new urbanization are put forward.
