【摘要】：正2011年河北沿海发展上升为国家战略以来,沿海地区开发步伐不断加快。沿海发展的核心和重点是对海洋资源的开发利用,选择科学合理的资源开发模式对于高效利用海洋资源、培育壮大海洋产业、繁荣振兴海洋经济、打造沿海增长极意义深远、影响重大。一、科学合理的资源开发模式是河北打造沿海增长极的现实需求
[Abstract]:Hebei coastal development in 2011 rose to a national strategy, coastal development pace is accelerating.
