西部金融生态与资源利用方式转变关系研究

【摘要】：西部金融生态与资源利用方式转变之间存在着相互促进的关系。优化金融生态,将促进绿色金融的发展,为高新技术产业的发展提供资金并打通资金融通渠道,同时产生外部效应,调整金融资源在传统资源产业与高新技术产业之间的配置,以驱动技术创新,加快资源利用方式的转变。反过来,资源利用方式的转变又会促进金融生态的优化。本文以内蒙古为例,通过协整检验和格兰杰因果关系分析,发现内蒙古金融生态与资源利用方式转变之间存在长期均衡关系,但前者对后者的促进作用不显著。经进一步分析得出:西部整体金融生态较差,不利于资源利用方式的转变。最后提出相应的对策,以优化金融生态,加快资源利用方式的转变。
[Abstract]:There is a mutually promoting relationship between the western financial ecology and the transformation of resource utilization mode. Optimizing financial ecology will promote the development of green finance, provide funds for the development of high and new technology industries and open the channels for financing, at the same time, it will produce external effects and adjust the allocation of financial resources between traditional resource industries and high and new technology industries. To drive technological innovation, speed up the transformation of resource use. In turn, the transformation of resource use will promote the optimization of financial ecology. This paper takes Inner Mongolia as an example, through cointegration test and Granger causality analysis, it is found that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between financial ecology and resource utilization mode change in Inner Mongolia, but the former has no significant promoting effect on the latter. Through further analysis, it is concluded that the overall financial ecology of the west is poor, which is not conducive to the transformation of the mode of resource utilization. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to optimize the financial ecology and accelerate the transformation of resource utilization mode.
