新疆典型垦区水资源合理开发模式评价研究

【摘要】：水资源是干旱区经济发展和生态环境最主要的限制因子,研究干旱区水资源合理开发模式已经成为当今世界各国关注的焦点问题。因此,根据新疆阿拉尔垦区2010年水资源开发利用现状,选取地下水开发潜力、地表水开发潜力、地下水满足率、地表水满足率和地表水调蓄能力作为5个主要评判因素,建立模糊综合评判模型对阿拉尔垦区水资源合理开发模式进行评价研究。结果表明:垦区水资源开发利用已经达到相当规模,水资源供需矛盾比较突出,尤其是地表水资源开发利用潜力很小。垦区水资源开发模式应从开发地表水为主转向地表水和地下水联合开发,同时完善水利工程设施建设,加强水资源综合管理,这样不仅能实现垦区现有水资源的可持续利用,而且对塔里木河中下游生态系统的恢复也具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Water resources are the most important limiting factors for the economic development and ecological environment in arid areas. The study of rational exploitation mode of water resources in arid areas has become the focus of attention in the world. Therefore, according to the present situation of water resources development and utilization in Xinjiang Alar Reclamation area in 2010, five main evaluation factors are selected as follows: groundwater exploitation potential, surface water exploitation potential, groundwater satisfaction rate, surface water satisfaction rate and surface water storage capacity. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established to evaluate the rational exploitation of water resources in Alar Reclamation area. The results show that the exploitation and utilization of water resources in reclamation area has reached a considerable scale and the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is quite prominent, especially the potential of surface water resources development and utilization is very small. The mode of water resources development in reclamation area should be changed from surface water development to surface water and groundwater joint development, and at the same time, the construction of water conservancy engineering facilities should be improved and water resources integrated management should be strengthened, which can not only realize the sustainable utilization of existing water resources in reclamation areas. It is also of great significance to the restoration of ecosystem in the middle and lower reaches of Tarim River.
