外商直接投资与资源环境绩效的实证研究

【摘要】：基于地方政府竞争的视角,本文运用空间计量方法实证检验了地方政府间的策略性引资竞争对资源环境绩效的影响。研究结果表明,FDI对资源环境绩效的影响不仅取决于其在地区内和地区间的溢出效应,而且还取决于当地及邻近辖区的财政支出水平。其中本区政府为吸引FDI而展开的财政支出竞争对资源环境绩效的影响存在显著的"门槛效应",而邻近辖区的策略性引资支出显著降低了资源环境绩效水平并表现出明显的结构性偏好,并且不同集聚区内的引资策略互动对资源环境绩效的影响存在显著的差异。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of local government competition, this paper empirically tests the impact of strategic investment competition among local governments on the performance of resources and environment. The results show that the impact of FDI on resource and environmental performance depends not only on the spillover effect within and between regions, but also on the level of fiscal expenditure in local and adjacent districts. There is a significant "threshold effect" on the performance of resources and environment caused by the competition of fiscal expenditure in order to attract FDI, while the strategic investment expenditure of neighboring districts has significantly reduced the level and performance of resource and environment performance. A clear structural preference, Moreover, there are significant differences in the influence of investment strategy interaction in different agglomeration areas on the performance of resources and environment.
