莱芜市旅游资源评价与开发对策研究

【摘要】：近年来，旅游业作为一种清洁高效的服务性产业，已经越来越受到社会各界人士的普遍关注。而随着旅游业发展速度和规模明显提高，，产业结构在地区的稳步增长，对地区经济的促进作用也日益彰显出来。旅游资源是一个地区旅游业开发和发展的基本条件。要使潜在的旅游资源优势转化成现实的社会经济优势，必须要对旅游资源的规模、质量、分布和分类进行分析，对其作出科学合理的评价，进而掌握当地的旅游开发重点，制定出相应的科学开发对策。因此，进行科学合理的旅游资源评价是科学地开发和保护旅游资源的重要依据，有效地保证本地区的旅游业的健康可持续地发展。莱芜市旅游资源丰富，但是旅游业的发展速度却异常滞后。本研究以合理开发旅游资源为中心，以促进地区旅游业快速发展为目的，在对比分析国内外旅游资源评价方法优缺点的基础上，结合莱芜市旅游资源的实际情况，采用专家打分和层次分析相结合的方法，对莱芜市旅游资源做出综合评价，结果表明：（1）莱芜市旅游资源比较丰富，大部分旅游资源处于良好级别。但精品旅游资源较少，知名度较小，开发潜力巨大。（2）在旅游资源类型方面，自然旅游资源在质量和数量上都占绝对优势。（3）从空间分布情况来看，莱芜市北部地区旅游资源最好，南部次之，中部相对薄弱。在此基础上充分考虑济莱协作区的即将建立的背景，最终有针对性地从总体定位、旅游产品系列的设计、开发格局和旅游线路设计以及保障措施等四个方面提出了莱芜市旅游资源的开发对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a clean and efficient service industry, tourism has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. With the development speed and scale of tourism obviously improving, the steady growth of industrial structure in the region, the role of promoting the regional economy is also increasingly prominent. Tourism resources are the basic conditions for the development and development of tourism in a region. In order to transform the potential advantages of tourism resources into real social and economic advantages, we must analyze the scale, quality, distribution and classification of tourism resources, make a scientific and reasonable evaluation of them, and then grasp the focal points of local tourism development. To formulate the corresponding scientific development countermeasures. Therefore, scientific and reasonable evaluation of tourism resources is an important basis for the scientific development and protection of tourism resources, and effectively ensures the healthy and sustainable development of tourism in this region. Laiwu City is rich in tourism resources, but the speed of tourism development lags behind. This study focuses on the rational development of tourism resources and aims at promoting the rapid development of regional tourism. On the basis of comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign tourism resources evaluation methods, combined with the actual situation of tourism resources in Laiwu City, The comprehensive evaluation of the tourism resources in Laiwu City is made by using the method of expert scoring and AHP. The results show that: (1) Laiwu is rich in tourism resources and most of them are in good grade. However, the quality tourism resources are less, the popularity is less, the exploitation potential is huge. (2) in the tourism resources type, the natural tourism resources occupy the absolute superiority in the quality and the quantity. (3) from the spatial distribution situation, the natural tourism resources occupy the absolute superiority. The northern part of Laiwu City has the best tourism resources, followed by the south, and the central region is relatively weak. On this basis, we fully consider the background of the upcoming establishment of the Zilai Cooperation area, and finally, from the overall positioning, the design of the tourism product series, This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of tourism resources in Laiwu City from four aspects: the pattern of development, the design of tourist routes and the safeguard measures.
